Characters: Sebastian, William
Location: Moledeep
It’s a nice evening, albeit cold and slightly snowy. And right now, there's no one in the hall but one big lump of a badger, who happens to be storing some wood off to the side of the fireplace to make sure anyone can get it when they need. And he's got a large axe next to him. From that and from the warm clothing he has on, he's probably getting ready to go chop some more.
William comes in from the hall. "Need any help?" he asks the badger.
Seb hums a little and looks over, standing up tall now. "Evening." he greets before tilting his head. "A little help wouldn't be bad." he smiles.
"Lead th way. Hope ya have a spare axe, don't think I could lift one your size," the rat laughs.
The badger chuckles and picks up his axe, sliding it onto his belt before nodding. "I do. Kentar was helping out earlier before he was called in." he nods, stepping out and picking up the axe left over by the stoat, offering it.
William takes the axe happily. Choping wood isn't is favorite chore but it's another chance to be outside in the snow so he's going. "How much more wood do you think we need t hold us a while?" he asks.
The badger shrugs a bit. "Not sure. Maybe just a few more logs." he says, starting off towards the forest. "Its a nice place you have here." he says. "Being so hidden in the woods is nice for a change. From being on the shores and on a ship." he chuckles.
William nods. "It is. Found it a long while back. Nobeast was living here so I moved in. It's severed us all well over th seasons. Is that a few 'badger size' logs or a few regular logs?"
Sebastian nods slowly. "I wish I had found a place of my own like that." he chuckles. "Travel doesn't usually allow for such things." he nods. "Never staying in one place." he says. "But I think I might as well stay around here for a bit. Just until the winter is over. Maybe."
