Ciocan was up early and to have a group of 10 hares, as he said he would, to lead the rat maid to the north, he stood in front and spoke"Shadowlight, you will be lead off my lands, never to return..if you do, my hares are to kill you on sight. Is that understood?"
   
Shadowlight glares at the badger,a small smirk"Whatever you say striped dog.."She has had enough of this badger and his hares.
   
Ciocan narrows his eyes but keeps calm."Never return, you will not be harmed as long as you follow this request."He nods to the hares."Lead her away, till she is past Halyard, the seagulls have promised to watch and make sure she keeps going north and not east or south if she chooses to go out to sea, that is fine but anywhere near Halyard if forbidden."   

The hares salute the Badger Lord and go to lead the rat off."Move lass" A corporal says.   

Shadowlight at first goes along with it, she has no weapons on her so she can't attack, right? But that's where they would be wrong as she finds a broken blade and suddenly rushes ahead to grab the blade piece and grins at the closest hare as she goes to charge him.
   
And this is where she makes a fatal error, the private is surprised yes, but manages to sidestep. An archer quickly fires an arrow at the rat maid. Another helps the shaken Private to his feet, the other 7 hares, weapons out, now attack the rat maid, hey she was warned.   

Shadowlight goes to spin around and the arrow hits her in the shoulder, Her eyes widen at the sudden attack and she goes to stab one of the hares in the leg, but soon finds herself outnumbered by hares and soon is overpowered and falls to the sand with many wounds
.   
Ciocan walks over,he had warned her and she didn't listen.He holds up a paw for the hares to wait as he looks down at the rat"You were warned and you didn't listen."He steps back and nods for the corporal to slay the rat as he checks on the hare that was injured,they are fine it's not a deep wound but they will still go to the infirm anyways, Badger Lord's orders.   

Shadowlight tries to sit up and is kicked down, the last thing she sees is a saber come right down to her chest, she dies there on the sands,so much for trying to trick the hares, if only she listened to the badger,but now its too late....the former 2nd in command of the Crimson Shadows is dead, very very dead.   

Ciocan leads the hares back inside and shakes his head."Alright, dismissed."He then heads to his room, tells Quinten he is to not be disturbed unless it's life or death important, then he takes a nap cause he seriously needs a nap right now.

Vonda sat quietly,  then a sigh." Kelp, please just stay in our room. I can't lose you..I have lost too much already.I only have you and Errapel left in my life."

Kelp frowns." I'm sorry and that's not all." He smiles." What bout Zolomon?"

Slaw had come to check on them and bring them dinner.He stays by the doorway and politely waits.

Vonda gets a sad look." I don't know, he's..who knows where."

Kelp keeps the frown, then smiles." We can go find him."

Slaw clears his throat as he enters, sits down the meals. " I..saw Zolomon, he went upshore...no clue where,sorry."

Vonda nods.A look to Kelp, ." Maybe..I just don't know. And I know its dangerous right now, but after I know it's safe me and Kelp are leaving ."

Kelp asks." Where?" He then smiles. " Can my friend Oz go?"

Slaw just listens a little." Hopefully safe soon. I just want things to go back to normal and not feel worried all the time."

Vonda shakes her head. "No he can't Kelp, he has to go wherever his home is."

Kelp smiles. " We can ask and then go live there too."

Slaw starts to head out quietly.

Vonda looks at Kelp." I said no Kelp."

Kelp frowns and then gets up." Your a big a big meanie..I hate you!" He then rushes out of the room.

Slaw blinks,  a frown." I will...I will go find him. " He goes to follow the dibbun, one he knows how dangerous it is outside.

Vonda starts to follow and then sits down as tears fall down her face.

Kelp lucky didn't  head out, he went down a hall, one hare got his footpaw stomped on when he tried to stop the otter from running. He make it to the meeting room, no one there right now so he sat on one of the benches.

Slaw comes in and sits down, he doesn't speak right away, he then breaks the silence." You..likely don't hate ya sister..Siblings..they fight sometimes, me and my twin brother fight sometimes. "

Kelp pouts and seems to not want to listen,at first,." I...no hate her..she just..mean sometimes."

Slaw nods." But other times she is nice,  right?"

Kelp smiles a little." Yeah...do you really have a twin?"

Slaw nods." Yeah, the horde had him captive a couple weeks so he is recovering in the infirm now. He is a runner and I am a fighter in the patrol."

Kelp stands." That sounds neat."

Slaw shrugs."Sometimes  it is, but the patrol is serious on things,  I mean the patrol does have fun sometimes  too, likely have a celebration...if we win."

Kelp frowns. " But the patrol can kept all the bad beasts out...right? I know a rat is in a cell but she was put there. "

Slaw nods." We are gonna try to keep them out."

Kelp asks." Is there a chance...you won't?'

Slaw frowns now." Let's just hope it don't happen.." The thought scares him, yeah be brave and stuff sure..but these beasts want in their home." He decides to push the thought away as he stands up." I know where some cookies are, want some?"

Kelp grins " You just became my favorite hare here...I am Kelp."

Slaw smiles." Prv. Slaw...now let's get cookies." And that's what they do,they eat a couple dozen cookies.

Oz was bored and there really was nothing to do, and some adults were busy or worried.He frowned as he just wanted to go home,  but would he be able to go home, or would the bad beasts win?

Kelp was fairly good at slipping off,  then he didn't really stay with the other dibbuns, so once again he was exploring.

Shadowlight was still in her cell but she planned to change that.  She watched the guards carefully, one decided to go get the  captive whatever meal, no need to let a captive starve.Though a simple meal, water and some sort of no flavor soup.

The other hare, Private Ashfoot stayed by the cell, he looked in once and turned back to yawn.

Oz meanwhile saw Kelp and smiled." Kelp.."

Kelp smiled back." Hey Oz..ya wanna go in the caverns below, could find something cool, let's go." He goes to take the badger's paw and lead him down to the caverns, avoiding an adult a couple times till they got to the underground spring.

Shadowlight decided to act while the guard was a bit tired. She quickly reached out, grabbed him by the collar and pulled him back roughly a couple times,  not aiming to kill, but to knock out.

Private Ashfoot gasped, he was dazed the first time, the 2nd blow knocked him completely out.He slumped to the floor, the cell key fell out and slide….right into the cell a small distance.

Shadowlight could not believe her luck, grabbing the keys she was soon out and ran down a tunnel, only to get lost trying to find a way out, she was unconscious when she was brought in.

Meanwhile Oz blinked.." Wow...indoor pond..that's neat."

Kelp nods." Yep maybe tis a water source for here. I wonder how deep it is...see that " He points to parts of it.." The darker water means it's really really deep and my mom always said, never go in deep deep water to play."

Shadowlight mutters something about stupid tunnels when she rounds the corner, her eyes widen at the sight of the two dibbuns." YOU!"

Oz turns and gasps, backing up and falling into the water.

Kelp looks at the rat but at the splash he quickly dives in after the badger and grabs his arm raceing back up,  against a strong current but he makes it back to the dry stone and looks at the rat." Whoa you...you look ugly!."

Shadowlight goes to grab the otter." Stay still brat so I can slay you."

Oz coughs up some water and groans, seeing the rat he whimpers and goes to run, he slips once and skins his paw but gets right back up again.

Kelp is grabbed and kicks at the rat maid. " Let go of me.." He bites down hard on her arm.

Shadowlight screams in pain, blood now running down her arm .

Oz meanwhile rushes down a tunnel and slams right into someone  he tumbles backwards and looks up right at Ciocan." The bad beast have Kelp.."

Kelp struggles to get loose." Let go..ewwwee gross your breath stinks you seriously need some mint..like a lot of mint.!"

Shadowlight  glares right into the otters eyes. " You're my ticket out of here brat." She looks around and back to Kelp." Where is the other brat,  my master needs to know he is alive."

Ciocan makes his way inside the springs now, eyes narrowed, with him is 4 hares. He goes to grab the rat's tail and yak her backwards towards him.

Kelp makes a face." Hopefully to find you mint!" He then sees Ciocan and the hares." You  should look behind you stinky...yous in trouble kow."

Shadowlight just laughs,." That's the oldest  trick in the book…" She then is yanked backwards,  let's go of the otter and goes to flick a  dagger, she got off the hare she knocked out, at whoever it is.

The dagger blinks against metal and falls to the floor.A growl is the reply as she is turned around  to look directly at the Badger Lord, on both sides of him so 2 hares with long spears.

Kelp sits up and watches. " I told you….stinky rat….she needs mint, force feed her mint."

Shadowlight is now in 100% fear. " I...I….I…" Words fail her.

Ciocan speak. " Let me help you, two choices..die or maybe you and I can have a chat about Zoltar's plans..who are you and your rank?" One paw holds the rat by her tail,  the other gets the blade he keeps at his side, the war hammer is left on its loop...for now.

Oz peeks inside and a couple hares go to take Kelp and Oz elsewhere.

Shadowlight pales and speak." I...I..can give info...Shadowlight  2nd in command of Zoltar, he...he wanted me to find any weaknesses.  He wants to try and ambush you again or..or get you elsewhere so he can get inside the mountain. " She gulps. " Probably  attack..at….at night so he is harder to see.."

Ciocan listens and nods." Well..you are going back to a cell..chained. " He takes her back, this time making sure she is chained to a wall, and 2 hares guard her at all times, and a couple guards posted a little ways down the hall just in case.

Shadowlight frowns." W..what are you gonna do with me?"

Ciocan explains." Once your master and the horde is defeated, you will be banished from my lands...10 of my hares will march you north. You will be released to still go north...not east  or west...if you are seen again on my lands, my hares are being ordered to kill you on sight. If you try to slip into Mossflower or go near Redwall...the hare I have stationed there will know what you look like and be ordered to kill you on sight. I have a bird friend  who will spend the word to report to me if you're seen anywhere on my lands, or Mossflower lands...and you will be killed on sight." He then turns to go back to his quarters.

Rufus is there,  a nod." Mayor say talks Bunny Lord..make plana..ya ya..mayor have friends,  have few hares..make sneak attack on vermin, Bunny Lord and  bunnies here fight...getum badfurs from both side  ya."

Ciocan nods." An excellent idea Rufus." He gets a blank scroll, writes some things down, has someone copy a couple other things down.  This takes a couple hours,he then sends Rufus off with the messages.

Zolomon sneaked out of the infirm, put on his cloak, hood up and walked around the orchards in deep thought.

Krisha was outside when a couple novices pointed out the cloaked figure,so she went to have a look.Upon seeing them she slowly made her way over to them."Hello there."

Zolomon has his back to her, hearing her speak he shakes his head and turns to face her as he speaks. quietly." Hallo Mother K."

Krisha tilts her head and goes to push the hood off him and get a better look at him "Zolomon.....well explains why Elbio was so moody yesterday." She  is surprised to see him"So your back in the area..anything I should know?" It is good to give an answer,even a simple one will do.

Zolomon allows the hood to fall to his shoulders.." Elbio can go soak his head in the pond.." He muttered as he sits under the nearby tree." Wots ta know...I went back, got my punishment and left..kicked from patrol. striped of all rank, not welcome inside de mountain...later added not allowed on de shore or halyard..blah blah.." He frowns." the shores and halyard mainly for my safety...stupid archers."

Benar is inspecting the orchards with Elmef, the squirrel and field mouse walking together and talking quietly as they inspect various trees for their incoming crop of fruit. The pair of them chatting together and pausing to climb a tree every now and then to get a better look.

Krisha shakes her head"You and him need to get along if your going to be here any length of time."Paws on her hips as she talks."Not going to have possible fights break out"

Zolomon snorts,." I plan to stay away from him." Or try to.He leans back and tries to relax ,eyes closed.

Benar turns his ears toward Zolomon then drops down out of the tree above the hare, hanging from his tail and stares at the newest addition to the abbey, "Welcome back Zolomon," it's quite a sight, the Abbot just hanging from his tail like that, "Krisha is right, you can't just ignore each other... or i'll put Krisha in charge of knocking sense into the pair of you"

Krisha smiles"I could do that if needed," She speaks "I will have a chat with Elbio and you will too. Maybe an update on how things are doing."

Zolomon is quickly more alert when he sees Benar suddenly appear. He folds his arms over his chest."  I didn't pay that much attention. Most of them hate me at Sala..at Halyard...like maybe 3 don't..Felicity..maybe Ciocan doesn't hate me..and.." He frowns now ." And..Vonda, then my luck she does now."

Krisha is curious "Who's Vonda? One of the hares in the Patrol?"

Benar says, "Well no one here hates you Zolomon, you are welcome in the abbey, but I do encourage peace."

Zolomon glaces up at the abbot, he doesn't answer right away, but finally." Yes sur..I know." He does reply to the name." A hare maid that helped me the past few weeks...but she might join de patrol,  I don't know. She was my friend not sure she still is." He misses her." And..other than that nothing...really going on on western shore.." He knows some of the events but has decided not to share.

Benar says, "Even if they do join the patrol, no reason why they would suddenly hate you Zolomon, please do try to rest now you are here. It sounds like you have had a very hard time of it since you were last our guest."

Krisha nods"I don't hate you either, and would like to help you, if you let me. I know you been through a lot and  I know part of it...."A small pause and she finishes " Is missing Xander..I still miss him too"

Zolomon shakes his head." You have no idea." He  looks away when a name is mentioned.He then speaks." Rest is good, I..did not rest much on the way here..and probably shouldn't have..well basically go so fast most of the time. "

Benar says, "Well you are here now and safe, the abbey is secure and peaceful. Might I offer you some new clothing? You can freshen up with a swim in the pond or a bath and some new clothes might help you feel more comfortable."

Krisha stays where she is for now letting the two talk a little while.

Zolomon shrugs, he then slowly stands." That would be nice...I only have this cloak, and outfit." He adds." Not that I need it any more, the Long patrol of course kept uniforms and I only had a couple..things of my own, kind of lost some things in the swamp..long story."

Benar says, "Swamps are never fun," Benar pulls a face, "I had to travel through one a couple of times when I was young and travelled the world.... weeks of being covered in mud are not fun."

Krisha  say, "I never been in any samp lands, was in the south but not an area of like...swamps, unless it was when I was very very young, father may of traveled threw one."

Zolomon says." Trust me..ya don't want to."

Benar says, "Yeah Krisha, you really don't want to." Benar lowers himself to the ground  and looks up, "ELmef can you finish off?" The fieldmouse assures the Abbot he can and Benar holds out a hand, "Come along then, let's get you some new clothing, you look like a tattered ragamuffin."

Krisha just nods,she will either stay here or go where the abbot is going.

Zolomon glaces at his outfit.." Yeah..suppose I do " He doesn't sound too concerned  with his outfit really.He allows the abbot to lead him elsewhere.

Benar is gone for about an hour, getting Zolomon a much needed bath and new clothes. Fresh cotton trousers, a new cotton shirt with lace ties. A heavy linen waistcoat and a new cloak for when he needs it along with the offer of sandals. He returns to the orchard and looks up Krisha, "Our hare friend should be back soon."

Krisha  speaks, " do hope his mood betters. All is probably well on the shores."She glances around."We should have a late Summer feast Ithink. More time to plan for it that way."

Benar asks, "Possibly," Benar frowns, "I was thinking August maybe? Mid August, nice and late once harvest is complete?"

Zolomon does return, his new cloak he kept in a room he was given.The hot weather is not good for cloaks after all. He stays off to the side, looking more relaxed and not as stressed out.

Krisha hmms, a smile"That will be nice..beasts can be more relaxed for a job well done. Maybe the tree house will even be done by then"

Benar says, "Well the Tree House repairs are coming along nicely, it should be finished in about a month, Foremole won't be rushed. But your help has been invaluable Krisha."

Krisha nods, a thought comes to mind"Maybe  Foremole could use an extra paw." She glances over at the hare, sometimes doing stuff gets one mind off troubles.

Zolomon arches an eyebrow." Help with wot?" He asks,  his mood is a lot calmer now than earlier  .

Benar says, "We are rebuilding the tree house," He motions to the construction area nearby where the new foundation in the oak tree is nearly finished and several moles are working, "For the dibbuns."

Krisha  says, "It was blown down during a blizzard, some other things have been repaired."

Zolomon frowns,  he then decides." I..can help for sure. I do know some about woodwork now." Not that he helped much." A storm messed up the docks in Halyard, the patrol rebuilt the docks, even..made a base "

Krisha listens, a frown"Maybe the same storm that came here, I am glad repairs were done with the docks, it likely made everyone happy"

Zolomon says, "Well, villagers were..I know they got them all fixed..saw them before  I left the shores, I never want to see the shores again..can't anyways suppose..fine with me." He calms before he gets too grumpy, its then his stomach growls. He lets out a small chuckle." Is..lunch soon?"

Benar says, "Well we would greatly welcome your help  Zolomon," The Abbot said with a smile, "We can always use an extra hand with woodwork around the abbey." He pats Zolomon's arm and chuckles, "Lunch is in soon yes, in cavern hole."

Krisha smiles as she shakes her head."Hares always want to know when there is food"

Zolomon smiles." Of course...food is important  Mother K..one most important part of the day..I can lead the way thar to make sure we are not late." Of course lunch would cheer him up

Krisha laughs as she speaks"We better make sure  he doesn't get there too fast...and may be good to warn our friar he is here."

Benar nods in agreement as they follow the hare.

Zolomon of course beat them to lunch.Food will cheer most hares up!

Elbio decided to take a walk,  his excuse was that he was patrolling the road,  which is what he is supposed to do anyways. He had his saber. Longbow and a few arrows in his quiver.

Zolomon is likely an idiot,  but he has had a lot on his mind.He let his temper get the best of him so he ran, like..a lot.He just wanted to get as far from the Western Shores as he could and as quickly as he could. He hated the western shores so much. The summer heat was getting to him yet he still walked now,.his side was sore and he didn't have supplies, he stumbled and passed out on the side of the road.

DoraRose is also out for a walk, but hers is for leisure...and to get away from the crowds of the Abbey. She loved living there, but sometimes the amount of other people gets to be a little much. She spots the Redwall Residential hare up ahead and decides to keep him in sight. No sense in being alone out here, right? She has her sword and sling, but no other weapons.

Elbio walks quietly and stops,paw on his saber as he looks ahead and slowly approaches the passed out figure, looking for a pulse and also carefully turning them over onto their back.

Zolomon gives a soft groan, he has a pulse so he is alive but in fairly rough shape, kne would need to be next to him to get a good view of just who it is.

DoraRose spots the hare head towards the side of the road and bend down, and hurries to join him. "What's up, Elbio? Are they still alive?" She kneels to check on the passed out figure, too, trying to get a look to see if she recognizes him.

Elbio nods"Still bally well alive."He moves the cloak a little and scoots back,starting to pull out his saber and then, he puts it back into its case and frowns "How the bloody..."He takes a deep breath, ok he dislikes him BUT at the same time he isn't gonna let him die"He...needs a healer" He says quietly.

Zolomon opens his eyes barely to look at Eblio, frowns and passes back out.

DoraRose startles, paw automatically moving to her sword hilt. She bends over to get a good look, then gasps as she sees who it is. "Zolomon! Oh my goodness, what..." She sees that he's unconscious, then looks back at the Abbey. "I can stay with him while you run back and get a Healer. I'm not sure we could carry him back this distance without a stretcher." And since it's Summer, they don't have cloaks to use to make one.

Elbio blinks"You carry him?" He stands and speaks"Be back"He runs off, he isn't as fast as a runner but can run a short while at a decent pace, he goes to look for angela and maybe those otters she has carry beasts .

Zolomon stirs a little, he has some bruises, a cut on his face that's half healed, his side has what looks like an old wound, reopened a little and he is dehydrated too.There may be...the beginnings of an infection trying to start, lucky just barely.

DoraRose stays with him, trying to get some water in him from her canteen that she always carries. Angela at first is very grumpy at being interrupted in the middle of brewing some experimental tonic thing -- but once she understands that there's a sick creature needing her help, she's on her way. She tells the hare to carry an empty stretcher as he shows her where to go. She brings her herb satchel. And her staff, of course.

Elbio gets the stretcher and follows, she might be a mouse but...yeah she can be fairly scary sometimes.He points on ahead as he speaks "It's..."He shakes his head as if he i unsure how or what is going on"Well, your see"

Zolomon coughs and gets water down as he opens his eyes and stares at Dorarose.." Ms....D..are...ya...dead...too?" Cause he...feels dead or close to it as he coughs again.

DoraRose goes to hold his head up. "No, neither of us is dead, Zolomon, although it sure seems like you're trying to be." When Angela arrives, she kneels beside the stricken hare, gesturing for Elbio to set the stretcher pretty close by. "I'll check on 'im, then you 2 will get 'im on the stretcher an' take 'im to the Infirm." The old Healer starts checking on Zolomon to determine if it's actually safe to move him. "Zolomon," the elderly mouse scowls at him as she questions him. "Whot in th' seasons did y'do this time t'get into such a state?"

Elbio nods and gets the stretcher down and keeps an eye out for possible vermin as one never knows,but he is curious but can ask later if needed,he knows Zolomon was returned to the mountain...so what is going on?

Zolomon speaks quietly. " Just...let me die...." He looks at Elbio and looks away again seeming depressed also." I...know, you...hate me...too..I'm...sorry fer...things..did...."

Angela scowls darkly and goes to tweak Zolomon's ear. "I'm not gonna let y'die, young 'un. An' so 'elp me, if ye /do/ die, I'll come t'the Dark Forest an' bring y'back jus' to whup you." Dora gives her grandmother a look, then has to duck to keep her own ear from being tweaked. "Don't sass me, Rose. C'mon, you 2, get him on the stretcher an' we'll take 'im back t'Redwall."

Elbio nods,he studies Zolomon a morment before helping get him on the strecher."Your going to the infirm Zolomon and we will let the Abbot know your here"

Zolomon frowns as he is helped to the stretcher..." Why...nothing...for me, everyone hates me...hmmphs own safety. " ok now he is muttering so it's hard to make out.He does have a scroll fall out of his pocket.A very muddy, bit torn one...oh and the hare likely seriously needs a bath.

Well, Angela excels at giving bedbaths, so if he doesn't cooperate, he has that to look forward to. DoraRose goes to help Zolomon onto the stretcher, scowling deeply at him. "Now, that's not true, Zolomon. I care. You're my friend. And I'm sure you have friends at Salamandastron who care. Don't give us that crap." She goes to pick up the stretcher at Zolomon's head, waiting for Elbio to pick up the other end. Angela picks up the scroll and goes to unroll and read it. Out loud. Because she's annoying like that.

Elbio stays silent, he isn't saying whether he likes or dislikes Zolomon or not.It seems he has some thinking to do but he is helping to get him to the abbey still.He glances at Angela once and then eyes back to the road.

Zolomon frowns.The scroll says how Zolomon has been exiled from the mountain. but later from the shores and halyard too, but for his safety more than as a punishment. So it seems he was at first only exiled from the Mt. And there is also a note of mot attacking the hare unless he outright attacks others.

DoraRose purses her lips, but continues carrying her end of the stretcher. Once they get to Redwall, Angela leads them to the Infirmary. "Put 'im on a cot. Elbio, make tea with this." She gives him a tin of special tea for him to use. "Rose, get me some bandages..." she also mentions a list of herbs she'll need. "In a minute, Nana," Dora says, pointing to her sword. "I need to put this away." She steps out to do just that. Angela turns to Elbio. "After y'get the water on to heat, get me those bandages and herbs!"

Elbio salutes and quickly does the tasks asked of him and looks over at Zolomon, he shakes his head"I have...so many questions, but they can wait....you need to rest Zolomon"

Zolomon holds still, then again he is fairly weak as he sort of just stares at the wall.

Once the tea is done, Angela goes to start helping Zolomon sip it. "We all 'ave questions, son. But ye'll wait 'til I say y'can question 'im, an' not before. Clear?"

DoraRose comes back. "What did I miss?"

Elbio folds his arms over his chest,mutters something about bossy old mice and steps back a little bit.

Zolomon looks at them, a frown as he has fresh bandages and feeling a little better, but also looks kind of lost too.He has had a bad past few weeks.

Angela glares at Elbio. "Rose, please help Zolomon drink 'is tea." DoraRose gives Elbio a glance like 'you are so doomed, I am sorry' and takes over helping Zolomon. Angela stands and grabs her staff, advancing on Elbio. "This is MY Infirmary, and whatever /I/ say goes, y'hear me? Don't go muttering rude comments at me, or ye'll get a taste o' my staff."

Elbio backs off with his paws up "Calm ya self down...please....look fine...I won't question him, it likely just annoy me anyways. Bally hard ta say wot he been up to since we last seen him, likely causing trouble" And he likely doomed himself more.

Zolomon drinks a little tea and takes a deep breath." Leave!" He coughs roughly and drinks more tea." Make...him leave..." Tears go down his face now." please..."

Not a good choice of words. Angela goes to grab Elbio by one of his ears and starts smacking at him with her staff. "DON'T UPSET MY PATIENTS!! I don't CARE whot 'e may or may not 'ave done! Ye will NOT upset them! Apologize at once or I'll physic th'fur off o' you!" Dora cringes and tries to help Zolomon get more comfortable.

Elbio tries to get away and mutters a few words...he looks at Zolomon,"No.."He says, he clearly is not ready to"Not the way he treated me in Halyard..no way...I will just leave the infirmary.We can let him recover and see ot de abbot wants done with him"

Zolomon just lays there with a frown. He stays quiet as his throat hurts.

Elbio manages to pull lose, his ear sore and he storms off....BUT..is he followed?

Angela let's go and starts whacking at Elbio " OUT! GET OUT! And don't ever give me that attitude again!" She is going to go tell Foremole,Matilda and the Cellarhog to give Elbio the worse jobs for a week as chores.

Zolomon watches as Elbio leaves and sighs  as he is tired." I..will leave after I recover."

Dorarose goes to gentle smack Zolomon  on top of the head ." No you won't.Your stay here  I am sure Benar will be fine with you staying. " Angela is puttering around the infirm muttering to herself about Elbio's behavior as she goes back to the tonic she was making .

Zolomon just sighs." Maybe ..I have no clue,  so much has happen past few weeks.." But he is not ready to share, least...all of it right now.

Dorarose strokes his head." I bet, with how worn out you are.But now you can rest. Do you need to talk about anything? Or do you just feel like resting?"

Zolomon frowns." Not..really…" But then he speaks." I saw….he looks so much like..like Xandy, thought he was..at first.But maybe not food..share..this.." He is drifting off to sleep'' Alive..hopefully stays...alive." He closes his eyes." Not...tell Mother K..don't want give...possible false..hope." He is then asleep.

Dorarose feels her heart skip a beat." Oz is alive?" She then notices him falling asleep." I won't tell anybeast. " She whispers. She tucks him in and silently leaves the infirm so he can rest.
