Spring has come to Southsward, and with it April showers, new plantings, and very warm days and firefly-speckled nights. We've come a long way since my last post welcoming the new residents to the manor house. With the turning of the season, Brother Lucas has finally started whipping the grounds into shape, reclaiming the overgrown orchards and long-neglected gardens. Repairs upon the house have done much to make the place a home, and the Priory infirmary has been opened, to provide help to those who need it.

Talk of weddings is in the air, and many a foraging bee, and you can't heave a novice by the tail without hitting a new garden plot. Please don't heave a novice by the tail. We're still finishing the upstairs dorms, and new projects are popping up all the time.

We welcome several new residents and guests of the Priory, including Bottlebrush, Eva, Anya, Koren, and the Laura formerly known as Taylor-- our little family in the southlands isn't so little anymore, and we're glad to have you all.
