Ace Benton

• Name: Ace Benton
• Age: 12 seasons
• Species: Hare (Lepus europaeus) Haha!
• Rank/Position: Private. MOS: Healer
• A brief character history: Ace Benton was born and raised in the southeastern area of mossflower, right on the edge of the southern planes. Traveled to join the Long Patrol at the age of 9 seasons (18). He enlisted, trained, and was assigned to the 42nd division as a medic. He served in the 1st regiment, 1st battalion, A company, 1st platoon. There were only 15 hares in the entire division. He soon found that the 42nd was the black sheep of the long patrol. Leaving on far ranging patrols and rarely spent time at the Mountain at all. The division was often “Out of sight and out of mind” of the Salamandastron Commanding Officers. He served with 42nd for 3 seasons. And now at 12 seasons old (24) Ace is being transferred to Col. Zoe’s division, while he recovers fully from a knee injury.
• A brief synopsis of your character's personality (what makes 'em tick?)

Ace has a quiet personality. His Long Patrol status is his entire life. Ever since he joined he has loved it and done his best in all situations. He gets his kicks out of keeping himself combat ready, and making sure the hares around him are physically and mentally fit to fight. He is task oriented but cognizant tries to compensate and make time for people. He because he is new to the division, now faces the challenge of making new friends and making a name for himself among his new piers and superiors.

Anselm F.H.R.B.H. Henning

• Name: Anselm Ferdibrand Hobson Rufus Baxter Hadrian Henning
• Age: 9 Seasons
• Species: Hare (of course)
• Rank/Position: Recruit (for the time being, obviously)
• A Brief Character History: Nothing much, really, basic upbringing. Good family, father retired from the Patrol, instilled his son with basic honor and admiration of the Patrol. Enlisted when old enough. Talk to him for more.
• A Brief Synopsis Of Your Character's Personality (What Makes 'em Tick): Well, he's a happy little bugger, loves the Patrol. Has a need to fix things, and not just material things, but situations as well. Enjoys fighting, and is seemingly fearless, as he is convinced that bad things only happen to other creatures.

Brenden Thatcher

• Name: Brenden Thatcher
• Age: Ten seasons
• Species: Hare
• Rank/Position: Private (for now)/ Healer
• A brief character history: He was raised on a farm, and was used to fighting because occasionally there would be vermin that would come and try to raid his home. He grew up some and ended up wanting to join the Long Patrol. Going through all of his training he realized that he was good when it came to the healing aspects. After making it through all of his training he was sent to Redwall Abby to serve in the command of Major Darklett and Lieutenant Taye.
• A brief synopsis of your character's personality (what makes 'em tick?): Well. He does have a great sense of humor, but the problem is that not everyone gets it. Sometimes he can come off as a jerk, when he's really just kidding around. He's not one to back down from a fight, and if it's vermin, he won't look for it...per say...but he might try and goad the other beast into a brawl. He takes his job very seriously.

Darklett Fletchpaw

• Name: Darklett Fletchpaw
• Age: Somewhere in the adult range. :P
• Species: Hare
• Rank/Position: Major
• A brief character history: ...Y'know, it's better if your characters find out about it rather than you. It's complicated. Let's just say Darklett showed up one day, joined the patrol, and never looked back.
• A brief synopsis of your character's personality (what makes 'em tick?): Darklett is very loyal. He's been described as easily led, but as a leader he's generally regarded as easily followed. The one defining and repeating characteristic of Darklett's behavior is that he often tries to carry too much on his shoulders.

Ender Quincy

• Name: Ender Quincy Wheelock

• Age: Old. His age kind of...varies. Used to be far older than most, but they seem to be catching up.

• Species: Rabbit, and proud of it!

• Rank/Position: Ex-caretaker, currently a [not so] grumpy old guy.

• A brief character history: Long soap opera. Came from Southsward, had a family, 'lost' them, ended up a hermit on the western shore, wandered into the mountain, saw Zoe, never looked back. Except a couple times.

• A brief synopsis of your character's personality (what makes 'em tick?): Um. Loves dibbuns, Zoe, Fights, not getting sick, and long walks on the beach. And sparring until he's too sore to move.

Gwen Thatcher

I'll just self-importantly presume my character fits in here because her family is (was) in the Long Patrol. Character Information

• Name: Gwen Thatcher
• Age: Old enough
• Species: Hare
• Position: Thatcher (obviously...)
• History: Gwen was born about ten seasons ago in Moles' Hill Village to a father who'd join up with the Long Patrol and disappear while on patrol. She's had a strained relationship to the Patrol ever since. Life for Gwen has for the most part meant staying at home and tending to the family (siblings and children of siblings - she hasn't had time for a spouse) with the occasional foray out to markets.

Jove H.C.B.E.B.H.J. Haight

• Name: In full, Jovial Honeyscutt Cotterill Benbow Ecclestone Brambuck Hadaway Jernigan Haight. She, uh, goes by Jove.
• Age: 8 1/2 seasons (17 years)
• Species: Hare
• Rank/Position: Private/Fighter
• A brief character history: I'm going to go with Darklett on this one; much more fun to find out IC. In general, though, Jove's been a Patrol hare her entire life. This may or may not be an advantage.
• A brief synopsis of your character's personality (what makes 'em tick?) - Very briefly: Jovial lives up to her name (and then some,) and takes the Patrol very seriously. In some ways she's an overblown stereotype of the typical hare. In some ways.

Manfred 'Wop' Mayenster II

• Name: Manfred 'Wop' Mayenster the Second
• Age: Late teens to early 20's. (Again, I can't remember. But that's also in RL age, so on the MUCK that would be anywhere from 9 to... um... 11 seasons.)
• Species: Hare!
• Rank/position: Manfred is a fighter in the LP, and I have no idea what her rank is!
• History: Manfred was born and raised on the mountain. Being a part of the LP has always been her dream. As a leveret, she always loved to hear the officers tell tales of epic battles and comrades long gone. Now that she's a part of the LP, it's her entire life and she can't imagine doing anything else. She loves adventuring, and patrolling the shores away from the mountain is her favorite task.
• Personality- what makes 'em tick?: Manfred loves a good laugh...and she's really loud and obnoxious about it! She's always upbeat and friendly and she adapts quickly. She loves running and fighting- she doesn't use the 'Eulalia' battlecry: She just whoops really loudly. That's how much she enjoys a good fight. X)

Tameus Sutton

• Name: Tameus, Tam

• Age: 3.5 seasons (7 years)

• Species: Hare

• Rank/Position: Cricket King, Badger Lord Wanna-be, future First-Ever Flying Colonel of the Long Patrol.

• Brief Character History: Started out on the western shore, ended up at Redwall, and misplaced his brother along the way. And that's all I'm willing to disclose!

• Brief Synopsis of Personality: Tam is ... well, a seven-year-old. He loves to play and have fun and wants to be the Long Patrol Colonel when he grows up. He's very extroverted, charismatic, and exceptionally bright. Also possessive and egocentric as children tend to be. And... well, he's Tam. There's no one quite like Tam.

Kerwill A.N.D.M.F.K. Fleetstep

• Name: Kerwill Anyia Naroki Darryse Mancey Farrin Kastrina Fleetstep(guessed the species already?:P)
• Age: 8 seasons
• Species: Uhhhh....hare?^.^
• Rank/Position: Oh, jeez. I have no idea, but she might as well be a cook.
• A brief character history: Born in the Northlands, Kerwill has made a reputation as best archer and cook. Unable to suppress her adventure sense, she's headed to Salamandastron....and is a bit lost right now.....:)
• A brief synopsis of your character's personality (what makes 'em tick?) Well, Kerwill's like the other hares, impetuous, big eater, good fighter, etc. but she is the least annoying hare of her bunch.

Runax Rilltin

• Name: Runax Rilltin
• Age: Thirteen seasons
• Species: Hare
• Rank/Position: Novice i guess....Boxing Hare (Private/Fighter)
• Brief character history: Runax lived in the woodlands with her five brothers and sisters. When vermin came and stole their crops, the family crumbled. There was barely enough food to stop a hare from going insane. Being the oldest, Runax needed the most victuals, so she went to make herself useful in the Long Patrol instead of dragging her family down. She hopes to return soon to help her family.
• Synopsis: Hates all vermin (read above). Has a great like of strawberries and is an excellent cook. Would be a BIG FAT LIE to say she didn't eat much. Friendly.

Valentina "Darcy" E.N.D.A.R.C.E. Emerson X

• Name: Valentina Estella November Dementia Avery Rum Cassandra Eris Emerson X - aka, Darcy Emerson
• Age: 11 seasons (about 22 years)
• Species: Hare
• Rank/Position: Traveling healer and occasional musician; Halyard Tavern bartender; Salamandastron loiterer.
• Brief Character History: Born and raised in a brewer's village, had a stint as a healer at Redwall, a few weeks spent as a slave in Ruingate, and now frequents Salamandastron and Halyard Village. Anything more specific you'll have to find out from her.
• Brief Synopsis of Personality: A bit eccentric. She can be quite sweet and also quite strange. Sarcastic, blase, blunt, and obstinate. Very social and playful, occasionally flirtatious. Extremely loyal and devoted to a select few, and once in a while capable of sentimentality. Not very good at staying in one place. Adventurous, sometimes to the point of recklessness. A rather low tolerance for (most) children and stupidity in all its forms. Loves strawberries, drinking, and Harper.
