Never Let The Master Get Bored
Zurrgg was bored and so he decided to have a bit of fun and even gather more land under his control ”Ripfang!”
Ripfang arrives and bows to his master “Yessssssss masssssster, you called Ripfang?”
Zurrgg nods “Gather the troops, I am bored and wish to cause some pain and suffering.
Ripfang nods and heads off quickly. He returns with around 3 dozen beasts.
Zurrgg grins , 3 dozen is nothing, in Ferravale alone he has a good almost 200 under his command now, some from when he took over and a few who joined out of fear. “Let us go.”
With him is also Kolur one of his main men and horde beast.
Ripfang nods “Jem goes to give a message to the abbey beasts, one I am hoping they don’t listen to. I would enjoy killing the badger.”
Zurrgg holds up a clawed paw “I will be the one to kill their badger, in front of them if need be so they can watch him die. I enjoy the look on beasts faces when a loved one..a friend dies before them and they are helpless to stop it”
Kolur chuckles, ”Sounds fun boss.”
The group soon arrives at a small settlement of beasts, mainly rabbits, who travel around the lands and it seems they have settled by a small creek. About 20 beasts in all, 15 being rabbits and the other 5 being hedgehogs, of the group 3 are rabbit dibbuns and 1 a hedgehog dibbun. They had heard the bells but decided to try and avoid trouble, they were beasts who keep to themselves and trusted very few. But today…this evening trouble would not be avoided as it has come to them!
Zurrgg watches and without warning he raises his paw and chaos happens as three dozen vermin attack the group of 20 woodlanders. Screams are heard and some know how to fight and do so. This surprises the wildcat who growls “Kill them!”
Ripfang claws the throat of a rabbit, and then another and shows his fangs, “Thissssssssss isssssssssss fun…too bad they are rabbits and not haresssssssssss from the long patrol….hares would far be more fun to kill masssssster”
Kolur fights with a hedgehog and gets a stab wound to the arm before finally ending the hedgehog’s life and snorts.
Zurrgg only laughs insanely and seems to enjoy all this, he has even killed dibbuns and could care less! “This land is mine and trespassers are either killed, enslaved, or get to live but pay me taxes.”
After it’s the dead are about 7 of the wildcat’s horde beast and a couple injured, the others with him are ok. The hedgehogs and rabbits are …dead, all but one. A small dibbun of maybe a couple seasons trying to wake his mother and father and wailing loudly.
Ripfang walks over and goes to grab the small rabbit by his ears and shows his fangs “What ssssssay you be dinner” He then proceeds to start to open his jaws.
Zurrgg walks over “Hold up on that Ripfang!”He grins “This…dibbun can come in handy, maybe that blind fool will listen better if a young one is threated, and the abbey should know some beasts died. Take him to Ferravale and place him with that badger.”
Kolur looks between Ripfang and Zurrgg and just stays listening with the rest if the group.
Ripfang hisses but dos as he says as his jaws close and he takes the kicking, wailing dibbun to a cell in Ferravale.
Zurrgg looks around and shrugs ”Come Kolur. Let’s see what news Jem brings me shall we?” He then heads back to Ferravale, to his new village and home. Kolur and the troops still alive follow and leave behind the chaos that has happen here.
