Joining the Abbey
There are two capacities in which one can become a part of Redwall: joining the Abbey as a resident, or joining the Order of Redwall. Joining the Order is a serious commitment that you can read more about here.
If you would like to join the Abbey without joining the Order just yet (or not at all), then you want to become a resident. Residents can contribute to any of the fields of work that Redwall engages in, but only an Order member can be in charge of that field. You can check out some of the common fields of work for Redwallers here.
So you think you might want to be a resident of Redwall? In that case, there are a few simple steps to make your dream a reality.
- Be a woodlander, or at least of good moral alignment! Horde leaders will not fit in here.
- Come to Redwall and RP! You need to get involved in the Redwall scene before you can find your place in it. Introduce yourself, make some new friends, and think about where your character might fit.
- Page the Abbot/Abbess, the Champion, or one of the Elders to see about joining up officially. Be sure to mention if there's a particular field you would like to be involved in.
