Salamandastron: Training Room

Ralai is laying on the pad using the weights

Entering the training room, Colonel Zoe gives the room a quick survey. It's pretty empty at this time of evening, usually, and she doesn't see anyone immediately, until... She blinks, seeing the hulking shape of a badger on the other side of the room. Not able to make out the details of his appearance from this far off, her first thought is, "... Bludstripe?"

Ralai sits up saying "no ma'am i am ralai visiting from.... actually nowhere in particular

Zoe_Lang looks rather shaken, until Ralai replies. Then, she just looks... confused. Slowly, she crosses the room towards the other creature. "I thought ya were... well, nevah mind." Her brow wrinkles. "... Visitin', are ya?"

Ralai nods saying "yes sir jarril said i would be allowed so long as a colonel was notified"

"Well, yer in luck, then." She gestures vaguely to the badges on her shoulders. Colonel she is. "Colonel Francis, at yer service."

Ralai bows saying "it is a honor to meet you ma'am"

Zoe_Lang waves a paw away at the bow and smiles, not unflattered by his show of deference. "'Tis a pleasure t' meetcha, s'well, but Zoe'll do me fine."

Ralai stands up saying "i thought it would be pertinent to show good manners unless told to do otherwise miss zoe as i am just visiting and would not like to get on the bad side of the occupants of the mountain i am visiting" then saying "how long will you let me stay miss zoe?" then thinking a bit "if there is anything that you need help with i am willing to help"

"Yer a smart lad fer thinkin' of mannahs first. Most wouldn't think t'," Zoe replies approvingly. She then pauses, to consider his question. "Well, that depends on a few things. It depends on how ya conduct yerself durin' yer stay, what happens in the mountain while yer stayin', 'n' just... general circumstances. Howevah, there's a bit of a scuffle at nearby Halyard Village, there're a lot o' vermin about, so I'd recommend ya stay with us in safety 'til we've sorted that out. It c'n be dangerous t' go against a roamin' band o' vermin, even for a badgah."

Ralai says, "yes a badger may be a good fighter in most circumstances but too many vermin can take one down pretty quick but if you need it i shall help with that if you need then extra help"

Zoe_Lang nods. "I appreciate the offah. I'd suggest speaking with Majah Oxeye, who will be leadin' the attack. He may want t' see what yer capable of."

Ralai nods saying "i will see to that miss zoe i hope that i come up to standards again if you need help around the mountain i shall work off any burden i am while i stay within this mountain"

Ralai says "miss zoe i am getting tired i think i shall retire for the night if i am allowed"

Nodding once more, Zoe gestures to the door. "Have a good night, lad. The dormitories are the door jus' opposite and t' the right, once yer in the hallway."
