William is on deck trying to babysit the twins.

The otter twins dont REALLY need to be babysat. They are in their preteens after all. After being shooed from the lower decks. The twins are still late on their reading. And knowing what happens if Fira finds out. They work on it anyway. They have a book layed out on the ground as they read it aloud, "To be... or not to be" Venei hums and then points for Ella to read the next line. Ella grumbles, "I hate the bard. Cant we read something else?" "Thats not your line" Venei chuckles.

The rat isn't exactly thirlled with his position but it gives him something to do. At least they're doing something constructive and quiet at the moment.

Venei points out the next line, "That is the question... Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer... See? This is a really good reading. Come on Sis. Pweeeeease!?" Vee tugs on her shirt. Ell erms and pulls her shirt away. Standing up, "Shut up... I dont want to. You can read. And i will listen." she finally gives in. Ella is still intterrupting, "Where is mum? I know dad is off to the castle. Still dont know why I couldn't come along...." she grumbles as Vee is lost in the world of soliloquy.

Ella grunts at Will, "Hmmm. Busy. I think she is just being moody again. She always being moody with that kid... " she shakes her head. If only she knew what was going on. She draws her fake sword and swings it at a few invisible enemies. Venei is still reading away at the bard. Getting to some gory parts. She loves reading the bard.

William smirks at Ella's conplaint, "I don't think she'll be as bad after a while, once he gets here."

Ella jabs at the mast. Which. Does nothing by make a thoking noise, "When who gets here?" she asks. Cause she assumed that Aik would be gone for a long ole time. Like he said. Perhaps he is returning early?

"Th baby. Or did you forget Mum's having one?" Will replies asuming the twins have been told about the baby by now.

Ella blinks at William, "She is having the baby? Right now?" she blinks a bit and looks toward Venei, "Did you know that?" "I guessed. But yes." Ella frowns, "So... I was the last to know? That's just... Great." she hrmphs before it clicks in her mind, "Holy moly!" she bounces, "We are going to have a little brother or another little sister soon!" she yips.

William smiles, "I don't know if you're the last to know. Pa isn't back yet nor Kentar. They'll be sad they missed it.”

Venei puts down the book and looks up, "Oh thats right. I wonder what dad will think. He really wanted to be there..." she hums about for a few seconds before reading again. Ooo. Someone dying. Awesome. Ella blinks at her sister then back at Will, "Do you think the newborn will be alright?" she asks.

William nods, "More than likely. You two turned out fine. Only thing I can think of is if he takes after Mum an can't hear but we could work around that."

Ella hums a bit before nodding, "I guess your right... Though i hope it doesn't. Its a pain to try and talk to mum. Its not going to be as much fun if they dont hear im making fun of them" she laughs a bit before Venei stands up with the book. Ella blinks, "Are we done?" Venei nods, "Yeah. Well. IM done. Dont know about you" she laughs.

William reaches over to give Ella's rudder a yank for that remark. He may live to regreat it though. "That's fine way to talk about our new baby brother or sister you Pikefish. Good thing the baby doesn't know what sort of sisters he has yet."

Ella flicks her rudder after getting it yanked. Banging it on the deck with a loud thump, "They will learn soon enough... Am i right Vee?" "Quite right Sis" They both giggle evilly.

William keeps his arms around his sister anyway. "You need to stop eating rocks, Ellie," he teases wondering if he should try to pull/push or over the side of the ship anyway. Of course there is the other twin to worry about.

Ella squirms a bit in his grasp, "But i like rocks! They are my favorite snack!" she giggles, "All i eat is meat. Eggs. And ROCKS." more giggling. Vee smiles and bites her tongue as she says, "Your nor going to dump her off that easily..." she says. Walking over and lifting her legs off the ground. Helping the rat to whatever his cause maybe.

William smiles at Vee. With her help this may actually work. "Is that so?" he asks Ella, "I don't mind the taste of meat so much but I wasn't brought up on it and there's the whole problem of it might be somebeast you knew. Too much trouble I say. Eggs are good though, if you can run fast. I couldn't eat rocks though. I'd sink the ship if I did that." he synics up with Vee and motions for her to lift Ella's legs so they can toss her over board. The water's deep enough so she wont get hurt and besides she's an otter.

Ella arghs as she is lifted off the ground, "Hey... Wait a minute! What are you doing! Stop that! Whatever it is!" she arghs loudly. Before the pain tump her off the side of the ship. And good thing she is an otter. She yelps on the way down before making some course changes and diving into the water gracefully as anything. Venei chuckles, "Heh. That looked like fun" As Ella comes up for air, yelling small things at the pair.

"Would you like to join her?" Will asks grinning at Vee somewhat evilily even though he knows he can't toss her over board without help.

And out comes a stoat. Its Robin. He yawns a little bit as he steps out of the staircase before looking around and spotting the otter and the rat. "Hey." he smiles and goes over."

Venei hums a but, "Hmmm.... not a bad idea actually!" she grins and jumps up onto the railing. Leaving the large book on deck. She looks straight down before yelling, "Bonzai!" and jumping off the side of the boat. Splashing neatly next to her sister in the water.
