* This happen in the middle of this log [[DON%27T_DRINK_THAT_TEA%21_%28Redemption_of_Marek%29|http://rwmuck.limitless.org/rwmuck/content/dont-drink-tea-redemption-marek]]  between where they left the tavern and then came back to the tavern to go to the guest room, this explains where Zinnia was for about 3 hours or so*

FV:Town Center

The gravelly path through the village gets wider the further into the village it travels until at the center of the village it splits off into four around a large firepit just waiting for any excuse for a feast or celebration and still showing the bones and a few broken mugs from the last one around the edges. A large longhouse for meetings has been built on one side of the road, standing important, decorated with carved wood, shields, weapons, furs and a large skull over the door with the large similarly fearsomely decorated house of the chief sitting proudly beside it.

Meek in comparison across the road a smaller wooden building bares a misspelled sign over the door naming it the 'Infermery'. A few trees dot the edges of the clearing but buildings take over in most directions, only the north showing some vegetation within the village walls. To the west houses seem to spring up and take over the land while noise and masses of beasts take over the south around the market and shops. Down the eastern trail the village gates can just be seen with the tavern close by.

Rayen walks along the path of Ferravale, she has just left the market place with her new dress that’s safely in a box. The only thing she hasn't figured out is having enough for a room at the inn and a meal also. And she doesn’t have enough for both and she can't or well, she won't, walk back in the dark, so she sighs as she tries to figure out what to do.

Zinnia is also here, she frowns as she has yet to find her Uncle, she spots Rayen and smiles "Rayen!" She hurries over mainly glad to see a familiar face.

Rayen looks up as she hears her name and smiles "Sister Zinnia, what are you doing here? Let me guess you were sent to look for me?" She balances her box and a couple bags she has.

Zinnia hugs the vixen as she answers "Umm, no I didn’t even know you were here. I can to visit my Uncle Zee and.." Oh yeah keep that to herself for now" Well couple other things, maybe we both can stay at Uncle Zee's home?"

A snort is heard and a reply," Stay with me, I be an Inn now lass? Hmmphs no manners, don't send letter ya just show up least ya father would of sent a letter. Ya father don't even know your here is he? You’re probably worrying him as we speak, well why ya standing there you may as well..yeah wot ever ya both come in like I care." He turns and heads inside him home, if they follow fine. if they don't follow fine.

Rayen moves so she can turn around and blinks, this is the first time she has meet this badger, "Oh good day or afternoon now guess sir" She offers a smile and steps inside.

Zinnia smiles and goes to hug the older badger "Uncle Zee." She chuckles "It's nice to see you also." And she heads inside also before anyone’s mind is changed.

FV:Zee's Home

This is the simple home owned by the elderly badger Zee. Well, owned is a strong word. More along the lines of Zee simply walked into the first vacant home he saw and shouted. "It's mine" before Scioto could argue. Clearly this badger is either brave, stubborn, stupid or all three to live in the middle of a vermin village without actually asking for permission to live there. Nevertheless, the fact that resides here in Ferravale in this hut has been more or less accepted by the community, as most expect the badger to fall over dead at any minute, and yet they are surprised that Zee wakes up every day, walks out of this hut and walks around the town like he owns the place. There is really nothing special about this hut, as only a chest of simple belongings such as food and clothes, and a hammock in the corner occupy the space.

Once inside the old badger hugs Zinnia and then bonks her on the head, not too hard but it might hurt slightly. “First yes glad to see you, 2nd next time you send a letter or bird or something on hey I am coming and then I would look for you. Didn’t ya papa teach ya that or will I have ta go talk with him, you know maybe I will go talk to him.”

Rayen looks around and sits on the floor, “Small but nice here.”

Zinnia rubs her head, “Uncle…why did you do that for? And ok but I wanted to surprise you but next time I will send word if it helps you feel better.”

Zee looks at the fox, “Well, its home and yes Zinnia word your coming is good as what if you were hurt or lost or something one wouldn’t know where you’re at and that at least tells a beast. Why my own son, Hyde, he never sent word and when he did he sent it to his sister of all beasts and..”He falls asleep for a couple minutes and then goes on as if that didn’t just happen” He just always sent messages to her, course when she died he couldn’t no longer so did I hear from him..no. Do I know if he lives or not..No.” He frowns now, “Had 3 kids..2 sons and a daughter and my first born is dead, my daughter is dead and my younger son I have no clue no one has heard from him for a very long  time. My only family now is you, Zork and Oz”

Rayen has been listening as she puts down her box and couple bags,” I don’t have family at all, well I will once I marry Flicktail, I will have him as my mate and his kids as my step kids, he has 2 kids that’s just recently grown, I think his mate he had before died. He never said and I never asked as it seemed to sadden him the one time I asked so I leave that subject alone.”

Zinnia nods “Well I plan to be around for a long time and hopefully Uncle Oz and Papa will also. I do worry about Papa though with his weak heart and all and he is in the wheelchair. He has trouble getting in and out of it and sometimes oversleeps in the mornings. But he does sometimes still have a lot of energy.”

Zee nods “Yes family is always important, whether it’s the family ya have now or one you have later on, weather that later on is soon or not soon”

Rayen decides to change the subject, “Any beast want to see my dress, its ok if others see it just not Flicktail.”

Zinnia smiles and nods looking eager to see it” Yes! Let me see, let me see!!”

Zee rolls his eyes and lays on his hammock, “Good seasons it be a dress fer crying out loud,”

Rayen pulls it out and shows it. It’s a soft white in color and a simple design, but has a bit of a flower pattern on the skirt part, like white roses with little white vines. Some light ruffles are on the sleeves and bottom. The sleeves are short for spring and the neck line is a V sort of shape. She also has the veil for her head, white in color and lots of flower shapes with some beads of light blue in the center of the roses. “Well?”

Zinnia smiles “Well the dress is new and you have some blue on the veil so that’s good. You just need something borrowed and something old”

Zee looks over and shrugs, “I am sure it will look nice on you suppose, does it fit?”

Rayen had not thought of this and so tries it on, it does fit and she smiles and even puts the veil on and her white dress shoes. “It fits and as for anything old or borrowed I don’t really have anything.”

Zinnia smiles and claps “Looks very nice. Do you have maybe some necklace from your mother maybe or maybe we can find something here or at the abbey when we get back as we still have time”

Zee has decided to fall asleep, all this talk of wedding and dresses and why you need this or that or the other is no interest to him and sleep is.

Rayen chuckles softly and changes back to her normal outfit “We should let him sleep; we can come back in couple hours.”

Zinnia nods and then frowns “I have to go, I promised I talk to Scioto about something. Tell Uncle Zee I will be back before dinner!” She then hurries out and heads to where Scioto mentioned earlier in the day.
