Braxton has been gone the past few days to a forge to reforge his Axe. Ever since it was stolen, and found broken, he had been really busy getting it fixed. Lucky his old forge near the river Moss was still there. So he's back now...and He's...packing? yeah...There's a huge pack on the floor next to him that he's organizing things into. "Lets see...Food...check...Blanket...check....pillow....check....Mister Fluffy..." he pulls out a small stuffed fox before placing him carefully into the pack..."Check.." He's glad no one knows he sleeps with a little stuffed fox Called Mister Fluffy >.>

"Mister Fluffy?" comes a familiar voice from behind Braxton.

Astrid is most definitely standing right behind him.

Braxton pauses dead in his movements...Oh lord, did he just get found out? oh dear he did.

"Uhh....yeah...." He replies, trying to hide his embarrassment

"Who's Mister Fluffy?" she asks. Fights not to smile.

Braxton uhs and tries to think up an excuse...But unfortunately, he's too polite to lie. Sigh. He pulls out the Cutest little stuffed fox who is indeed fluffy..."Mister Fluffy" he holds him up a little bit so Astrid can see the fox clearly. And now, he's redder then anything...thank the heavens for Fur

"... Huh," is all Astrid says to that. She comes around to his front, smiling. "So what's this all about, then?"

Braxton carefully places Mister Fluffy back into his pack and looks up a bit, putting aside his list. "Oh...just packing..." he replies.

Aha. Astrid finds a seat and takes it. "Packing for where?"

Braxton Hms a bit. "I was going to the Western Shores for a few seasons...maybe...I was planning on staying at a village Near Salamanastron...maybe stop there for a break or something" he replies

Astrid's lips part in a silent 'oh'. She nods. "Ah - well. Good luck?"

Braxton hms a bit and looks up from the floor He is sitting on. "Want to come with me? You said that you were thinking of going anyways...Why not go together?"

Looks like she's thinking about it. "... I don't know. Are you sure you wouldn't get tired of my company?"

Braxton chuckles softly and shakes his head. "No...of course not" he smiles. "Why would I?"

Astrid shrugs. "Oh, I don't know. I can be a bit annoying after a while." She smiles.

Braxton laughs louder this time. "Heh...Oh I dont know. I'm a pretty tolerant beast" He smiles. "Have you seen me get mad yet? i've been here for a while and only got mad once" he smirks. "So...No, you'd not be annoying"

"When are you going?" she asks.

Braxton Hms a bit. "Well...I was thinking either Tomorrow evening or the morning after. I'm not sure...though if you wanted to come, I'd go when you wanted too" he smiles a bit.

"Well..." Astrid ponders a moment. "I'll think about it and tell you tomorrow. Fair?"

Braxton nods. "Of course...I dont expect you to tell me now...It would be like saying to somebeast you just met and know nothing about, to say /oh I love you/ type thing" Yeah Brax has a real way with words >.>

Astrid laughs. "... Yeah, I guess it would be like that."

Braxton sighs. "I need to learn how to say things properly" he laughs quietly before going back to his checklist, packing a few other things around his pack properly...Mister Fluffy...stays on top however.

"Should I leave you to it, then?" Astrid queries, starting to rise.

Braxton Shakes his head and smiles before doing up the pack. "no no no...I'm done..." he smiles some before sitting in another chair. "Its been a little while since we talked...if you want to stay that is..."

Astrid hesitates, considering it a moment. After a few second she shrugs, sits. "I guess I'll stay. How've you been?"

Braxton smiles widely and shrugs a bit. "Oh...I've been...very tired..very busy...Been forging a new axe...finally finished that yesterday...got back this morning" he yawns some. "And you?”

"Ah? Well, perhaps you'll show me tomorrow?" As for herself! Astrid shrugs, sighs, smiles. "Oh. Fine.

Nothing much of interest. You know - it's the Abbey life."

Braxton nods a bit. "Yeah...Another reason I'm leaving...there's not much to do around here" he says.

"And i'm glad the sickness thing is over"

Astrid chuckles. "I think it's safe to say we /all/ are."

Braxton nods a bit. "I'm also glad you Didn't get sick" he smiles a bit before yawning some.

Astrid smiles. "I'm glad you are well, as well."

Braxton nods some and smiles. "yeah..." he says. "You know...Mister Fluffy said to me the other day,

that I was a little too friendly around you" he chuckles. "I think he's crazy...but what do you think?" He

asks...yeah....Braxton's nothing but a huge softy with a child's mind. Only when it comes to Mister Fluffy of course.

Astrid's eyes shift to 'Mister Fluffy'. From her look, she thinks Mister Fluffy should mind his own business! "Ummmm. I think... what's wrong with being friendlY?" Er?

Braxton chuckles a bit. "He thinks I'm being...to...friendly...I dont think I'm being overly friendly...am I?" He asks.

Astrid's muzzle twitches. "... Brax. I think that your stuffed fox doesn't actually think." She smiles, shakes her head.

Braxton frowns a bit. "He thinks just as much as me or you" He replies, frowning and looking away...yeah...he's touchy when it comes to Mister Fluffy...heh...Weird Badger >.>

"Uh... huh." Astrid raises a single eyebrow.

Braxton slowly looks back over that frown still there. "Its true.." he replies. "He tells me lots of things"

"Brax, I need you to tell me you're not serious. I mean, the doll is very sweet, but..." Astrid's smile is perplexed.

Braxton is dead serious. Is as serious as he's ever been. He actually takes advice from his...Stuffed fox. "He's not a doll...he's a...a....a...." he pauses. "...doll..." he cant figure out any other word for it.

"But heh..no of course I'm not serious" he chuckles...thats the first real lie he's ever told in his entire life.

Astrid looks a little bit a lot relieved. "Ah. Well. It's cute." Sheee nods. "Well, I should probably head up for bed." She starts to rise again.

Braxton nods a bit and smiles a bit before standing. "I should also...I'm in for a long day tomorrow" he yawns, picking up his pack, and Mister Fluffy. He starts to wonder how some of those at Sala would take to that >.> Anyways...yeah...He slowly heads for the stairs. "I look forward to hearing your answer to my invite tomorrow" he smiles with a quiet chuckle.

Astrid returns the smile, and a nod. "Good night, Brax." And with that she heads for the other door, waves, and exits.

Braxton Smiles softly. "Good night" He smiles before climbing the stairs, finding a bed and going to sleep...after having a long conversation with Mister Fluffy
