Jake walks down the stairs, nerves and all he had to go get some fresh air and steps back in now, he is in a fancy, red colored tunic and has decided to wear that medal Lormis mentioned as well. He nods a hello to all there, "Hello..all" he says quietly.

Martha smiles as she watches her gruff mate fend off vulpine plunderers, then turns to watch as Jake arrives. "C-congratulations, Jake." She considers a gesture like a thumbs up that she's seen other beasts make sometimes, but her paw only rises halfway before she decides against it, clasping her paws in front of her and offering the smile, redirected, instead.

Phineas is seated among mustered abbey beasts, exchanging banter with those nearby as he slurps at a goblet of wine. His mane is combed and tunic appears to have been carefully beaten to a nigh dust-free state.

Lorimis takes his place before the Tapestry "Champion could you fetch the Bride?"

Flicktail knocks on Honeyfern's door, his arm out his other paw on the Pommel of the sword.  Benick stands what he thinks is attention, while Beluna sprinkles flower petals on the aisle.

Lorimis says, "Jake Stand with me please"

Jake smiles a little and goes up front to where he is supposed to stand, yeah..walks slowly up front.

Barkus seems to be there purely to guard the drink and make sure it's not all stolen away before the feast begins. He doesn't move from his post even has it seems the wedding is going to start. He has begun to watch though, out the corner of his eye.

Honeyfern smiles as she sees Flicktail, and nods as she takes his paw to help her to the front, she takes a minute to fix a rose in her head fur and then nods as she is ready.

Flicktail Accompanies her to the Front, a long white train following her as 2 vole dibbins hold the train, Luna sprinkling Plum and apple blossoms on the red carpet....the veil covering the hair maiden's face.....on Benick's pillow are 2 rings, one a single gold band, the other has a bright 10 CT princess cut diamond....Benick looks quite proud as he stands up front

Martha watches from where she seats herself. She rather wishes Barkus would sit... but she's not far from him really. And she understands him well enough by now. Her attention is stolen by the sight of the couple, especially, the appearance of Honeyfern in her bridal garb. She watches the event eagerly, the smile not leaving.

Phineas pipes down as the ceremony begins. Eyes rove the crowd, betraying the fellow's utter inability to concentrate on long-winded rites. In his boredom, the feline spots Barkus, and his ears sink awkwardly; perhaps the hedge pig had shooed him from the cellar at one point, or those spines may simply unnerve the cat. In any event, he does his best to sink among the crowd, only drawing from his goblet with the utmost caution.

Jake smiles as he sees Honeyfern enter the room and stays standing near the abbot.

Barkus has driven most beasts in the abbey out of the cellar at one point or another, he doesn't seem to notice the cat for now anyway and remains standing still. Watching like he's making mental notes.

Lorimis smiles as he looks to Honeyfern....and awaits her arrival.

Flicktail escorts Honeyfern to the front...and then takes Honeyfern's paw and places it in Jake's paw...giving her a peck on the cheek.

Honeyfern walks up to the front after Flicktail brings her inside the room and smiles, once up front she takes Jake's paw in her's and smiles.

Jake smiles at Honeyfern and lets her hold his paw, he looks to the abbot after a couple moments.

Lorimis clears his voice "all gathered, we are here to Join this Do, and this Buck as life mates...

Flicktail steps to the side....smiling

Honeyfern smiles.

Lorimis asks, "Now Jake Scioto Lafur Foreston Lakewood Johnson, is it your intent to take this Doe as your life mate, to honor here, and protect her, in sickness and health, until to the black Forrest you go?"

Jake smiles, well first time he has heard anyone use his full name before, he smiles and nods "I do "

Flicktail says, "Honeyfern Hare..is it your intent to accept this Buck as your mate, to love and obey, to care for and to forsake all others  with him?"

Honeyfern smiles and nods "I do"

Flicktail moves forward and draws "I am that is' and hold it out

Lorimis says, "Honeyfern, Jake place your paws on the flat of the blade touching each other" The abbot brings out a blood red silk cord

Jake places his paw on the flat of the sword blade

Ribbert squirms through the doors from the entry, his thick, clumsy body heaving with exertion as he stumbles into the hall.

Honeyfern places her paw on the flat too, touching Jakes paw.

Lorimis smiles and wraps the silk lightly around the paws AND the blade "this cord signified the heart strings, which now bind you, on a sword that is a blade of peace and justice, for strength. From now on, neither of you will get rained on, for you shall be shelter for each other, and you will never know cold for  you will be warmth for each other, and though you were two you will be one.”

Her paws clasped happily, Martha's forgotten she's not supposed to be looking like a wedding obsessed hedge maid. She's been focused on the ceremony since the bride's entrance, now leaning forward as though the small progression will afford a better view of the ritual.

Ribbert has scrambled quite a few paces across the sandstone by the time his foggy vision catches on to the sense of joyous awe that suffuses the room.  He skids to a stop near Lorimis and looks languidly about, eyes boggling at the sober ceremony.

Phineas, satisfied that the cellar hog is not presently poised to pummel him, loosens a bit. He rubs his thumb along the ornate contour of his chalice, as the similarly fancy language of this marital parley flutters past his ears. The cat is not watching, however; his pale gaze lingers on the tapestry, detached but curious.

Lorimis smiles to Ribbery and has made sure there is fly soup with Hotroot for him for the celebratio

Jake smiles as he listens to what Lorimis says.

Ribbert burps, "Why furbeast tie paws?"

Flicktail smiles and loosens the bond as Benick holds up the little pillow "each of you take a ring...Jake you first put it on her finger and say "with this ring, I thee wed

Honeyfern hasn’t really stopped smiling, she is happy tonight.

Jake smiles "Ring?..oh yeah, ring, hee hee" Ok he is a little nervous, he gets the ring and slowly places it on Honeyfern's finger and smiles as he looks at her "With this ring, I thee wed."

Lorimis smiles and does the 2nd part "Honeyfern, your turn"

Ribbert takes a single hop toward the pillow.  His great eyes, embedded in that wide head, thoughtfully appraise the remaining ring.

Honeyfern smiles and gets the ring for Jake and places it on his finger "With this ring,..I thee Wed."

Lorimis looks out at the Crowd "if there are any beasts who know why this Bonding should not go forward, speak now or forever hold their peace

Phineas curls a lip at the belching bullfrog. "Why ain't ye' robed proper for a ceremonious event?" he mutters, all though this is well out of earshot. His brows lift as the toad encroaches. At least this has become mildly entertaining for the feline.

Ribbert's vocal sac inflates a bit, and he gazes around at the crowd too.  Rather too loudly, he croaks, "Ribbert not get ring."

Flicktail isn't sure what Ribbert means

Lorimis says, "Just a symbol my good Toad"

Honeyfern isn’t really paying attention to the toad, more to the wedding right now.

"'Ave some respect f'r the betrothed!" the cat crows, raising his goblet. "Shush it, lumpy pond-hoppin' .." Phineas clears his throat and slumps again.

Ribbert nods dubiously and resumes his silent witness to the momentous event.

Lorimis smiles "then I pronounce you MATES" he smiles urging the 2 to turn "All beasts I present to you Mr. and Mrs. Jake Scioto Lafur Foreston Lakewood Johnson, Jake you may Kiss the bride!

Jake smiles and leans forwards to kiss Honeyfern before looking at the crowd there.

Martha is a little confused. There isn't usually a frog... or toad.. or whatever he is... involved in the weddings, she's sure. Aside from said amphibian though, it all seems to her to be going swimmingly. She tries to keep her attention to the wedding couple, though her smile has turned a tiny bit confused. Still, there's the words she's sure most have been waiting for, and instinctively she bounces a little as she starts to clap and give a cheer.

Flicktail Cheers! "Huzzah for Jake and Honeyfern!

Honeyfern smiles and returns the kiss, she smiles at the gathered beasts in the room.

Phineas stares at his boots when the wedded are instructed to seal the ceremony with a smooch. He is not fond of public affection.

Ribbert, on the other hand, has inched yet closer to observe the kiss from nearby.  Having not had a traditional woodlander upbringing, this 'kiss' is to him a rather novel gesture, and he observes it with due fascination.

Barkus squints through the last half of the ceremony with just a small frown and snort for the toad. He chooses the ceiling to glance away to for the kiss and patiently waits for the noise to die down again.

Phineas pays the Johnsons a cautious glance, once confident that they are no longer lip-locked. "Huzzah!" he echoes, swirling his wine. There is a celebratory gulp from the goblet, and then cat smiles, mouth stained.

Ribbert finally loses interest and makes his ungainly way into the crowd, sampling the airborne scents that portend a feast.

Honeyfern smiles as she remains standing by Jake.

Jake smiles and chuckles "So...went ok, right?"

Lorimis says, "well let the celebrations begin" he smiles as cooks bring out steamed fish and soups,

 and wheels out a HUGE cake with a sculpture of Jake and HF on the top in their wedding outfits.

Honeyfern smiles and hugs Jake, she looks at the cake and smiles "Wow.."

Lorimis says, "three layers, you keep the top to eat after your one year anniversary"

Flicktail sheathes his sword and smiles to Honeyfern "Do oi get a dance?

Jake smiles as he is hugged, he tenses up slightly as she touches his shoulder but doesn’t say anything about it, he looks at the cake and nods. "Yeah..cool cake"

Lorimis offers Hotroot fly soup to Ribbert

Honeyfern smiles at Flicktail, "Maybe, we will have to wait and see."

Flicktail awws  as the beasts come out with violins and flutes and clarinets to begin playing for the reception

Phineas is practically airborne as soon as the cake hits the floor. Vaulting over chairs and portly monks, the cat scrambles for a piece of the action. "Oi! Y'beasts do it up right ev'ry time," he squeals, and leans in to ogle the figurines. "A right good replica, aye." Tucking the chalice stem in the crook of his arm, the feline extends a claw to sample the confection.

Ribbert happily accepts.  "Ribbert thank robed furbeast."  He sips it, then asks Lorimis curiously,  "Why furbeast put heads together?"

Lorimis smiles at Phineas as they cut him large slices of whatever he wants as he says to the toad "it is our custom to have one mate for our life...we tie the hands to signify the bond of love between the 2"

Honeyfern sits down in a chair, she looks around at those here.

Martha watches as the feast is brought out and wanders her way toward Barkus. Perhaps with a pretense of just for helping him with drink-related activity, but the casual stance she takes close beside him doesn't lend itself to a beast that is there just to work.

Flicktail moves toward Barkusto get some Ale

Jake stays up front for a little while and then sits down in a chair beside Honeyfern and smiles at her.

Lorimis smiles and takes one of the Sisters and begins to Waltz

Luna walks up to Honeyfern, the fox dibbun smiles "Onyeur Preddy....momma make dress"

Phineas clenches his plate protectively, and shoulders past the immediate onslaught of dibbuns and rosy cheeked, potbellied mouse wives. The next stop on his tour is the drink table, which the cat approaches with a hint of trepidation. He eyes Barkus, tense and tail-tucked, but musters the courage to request a refill. The chalice quavers in his paw, beckoning brew.

Flicktail says, "Ello Phineas..no need ta be rude....ye kin ave all ye wont thats why it be a feast"

Barkus stays with the barrels long enough to tap them before leaving the drinks to their fate and saving the oncoming crowd from several nasty spike wounds as he gets out the way, of course headed for Martha. He'll guard her instead.

Honeyfern smiles "Yes Fae made the dress, it’s very lovely."

Luna reaches up to the bride to be picked up

Though Barkus does keep a vague eye on the drinks and his gaze narrows a little on Phineas "Haven't you already had some?"

Flicktail asks, "oh com on barkus, it be a feast Phenias kin ave more can't e?"

Jake rubs his shoulder some as he stays put in his chair, not really getting up right now, just watching and listening.

Ribbert, much perturbed by the constant brushing he gets from the fur and robes of passing beasts, retreats with his fly and Hotroot soup to a quiet corner of the hall.

Lorimis asks, "what is wrong Jake?" Lormis smiles "you don't seem festive"

Honeyfern smiles and picks up the fox dibbun and hugs her slightly, she looks at Jake a moment.

Phineas is not actively impolite; he is simply a survivor. At the fox's chastisement, the cat shrinks, impishly glancing from Flicktail to the gruff cellar baron. "Oh .. er. But, mate, didnae' the good Champion just say I coul' 'ave all I wanted?" His grin is wide, vaguely purple teeth disclosing his spirituous trespasses.

Jake looks at the abbot "I am fine father abbot"

Lorimis's ear perks at Phenieas's voice "oh Yes Barkus can we allow more?" he smiles "The Cat could have mine if he likes"

Barkus twitches his nose, thinking and flicking a glance to the fox. It's finally the abbot who causes him to grunt faintly "As y'like" and he retires the drinks guard completely, walking off to join the feast.

Flicktail smiles and Draws Phineas a huge mug of ale

Oz arrives from the Staircase..

Phineas back pedals a step, planting himself beside Lorimis. Slinging his arm around the abbot's hunched shoulders, the cat gives Lorimis a gentle hug. "Yer a kind soul, Father," he says, collecting the mug from Flicktail. "Thank ye', sir." He fumbles a bit, almost losing hold of his cake plate.

Martha moves to link her arm with her mate's, smiling as they depart the crowd... into the crowd. At least, toward the feast, anyway. "W-wasn't that g-good?" Hopefully he's prepared for wedding chat.

Oz makes his way down the stairs and looks around, he stops at the bottom not really wising to interrupt he starts to slip off back upstairs or maybe into the carvern hole.

Jake looks around, he has yet to get anything but does smile and shake hands with beasts who talk to  him.

Honeyfern gets something to eat and sits back down, she smiles to Jake "You’re not eating?"

Jake shrugs and frowns, bad idea to shrug, he nods "i will eat something soon, don’t worry dear."

Lorimis continues to waltz

Flicktail frowns "Jake...this is supposed ta be a happy time”

Oz stays off to the side and watches, he came by late so watches from the sidelines.

Martha has left.

Jake looks at Flicktail "I know,. And I am happy..ummm, never mind tell ya later" he says the 2nd part quietly.

Honeyfern smiles, she looks at Jake "Dance?"

Flicktail says, "then LOOK happy"

The Band continues to play a lively happy tune

Phineas, chewing on his wine-smeared lip, searches for a spot to sit and munch. He saunters through the crowd, eyeing various perches, before he chooses to crouch beside the quiet little toad. "Heckuva' shindig, aye, mate?" he asks the warty outsider, mouth packed with cake.

Jake chuckles and nods, he looks to Honeyfern "I still don't dance well ya know"

Honeyfern smiles and gently leads him to the dance floor, "Come on, It will be fun"

Oz watches the happy couple and smiles as he sits down in his chair, surprise no one is sitting in it.

Benick, Flicktails son..walks up to Phineas and smiles "Hullo

Jake smiles as he dances with Honeyfern, he may not be perfect but he is fairly good at it.

Phineas blinks, cheeks ballooned by sugary nosh, as the kit hails him. "Hrrow," the cat mumbles. A morsel of cake flies forth as he attempts to speak.

Honeyfern smiles, happy tonight as it’s been a good day.

Benick giggles and begins petting the cat's tail "I ..Benick...kitty?" he looks up

Jake smiles also, he nods and goes to stop the dance "One moment, I. Will be right back."

Phineas manages, with some effort, to swallow the prodigious mouthful. With a short gasp for breath, the cat wheezes, "Aye." His gaze combs the kit. "Benick?" And then the cat nods, thrusting a thumb against his own chest. "Kitty." He permits the petting, but offers the remainder of his cake to the toddler as a distraction. "'Ungry, lil' mate?"

Benick smiles liking the term lil ,mate "Benok lil mate?" he grins and takes some of the cake "NICE kitty!

Honeyfern blinks and watches as Jake slips out and hmmms as she goes to sit down.

"'Lil mate, indeed," Phineas guarantees. He drops from the crouch, planting his rump against the floor, and watches as Benick begins to decimate the confection. "Jus' don' gobble too much, aye? Lest ole' Phin 'ave t'explain 'imself t' a couple o' ragin' canine begetters." A nervous look is cast about.

Jake comes back after a few minutes has passed and sits back down in a chair, he still has the fancy tunic on.

Honeyfern walks over to Jake "Where did you slip off too?" she is mainly just curious right now.

Benick crawls into Phinias lap and offers to share some of the cake looking up trustingly

Jake looks up and smiles at Honeyfern "I, I just had ta do something, can tell you later."

Honeyfern watches him and study’s him closely "Something is wrong, something happen.." ok maybe she is just worrying too much.

Phineas tilts his chin. He chomps a bite of the cake, careful not to include any charitable digits. "Mmm," the cat concludes, washing it down with a swig of ale.

Benick chuckles and now has a new best friend

Jake looks at her and smiles again, he then sighs..defeated, "Nothing big..nothing ta do with the right now just the earlier ..." he sighs and shakes his head, he then speaks again "Ok, bout an..hour or so before the wedding I..went outside, it attacked me, knocked me down. But it left, somewhere..I am fine just dislocated the shoulder...ummm" he frowns "The owl did it..."He grins a little, hey he spoke the truth.

Phineas smiles lopsidedly at the kit. A hand lazily lifts to pat Benick on the head, and the cat leans his head back; chock full of booze and sweets, he begins to doze.

Honeyfern listens to his words and glares at him, she raises a paw to slap him upside the head and walks off to the cavern hole...grumpy doe now.FUN!

Benick curls against the cats warm chest and snoozes as well

Phineas's eyes snap open at the ruckus. In his languor, the feline failed to catch the act, but watches the bride storm from the hall. "Eesh," he grunts, all though is mindful not to disturb Benick.

Jake just sort of sits there, he looks up...gee got quiet in here.

Lorimis sighs "Jake you have a  Lot to learn about Gels

Flicktail moves off towards the Cavern Hole..

Flicktail has left.

Phineas cannot fight his grin. "Well, th' lad's got 'is paws full, either way," he quips. "Lordy."

Jake frowns, he gets up and gets some food, may as well, and sits down by himself and sits a little of it slowly, hey he told the truth and he gets slapped, he stays quiet for now.

Phineas rises to his feet. Benick, still snoozing, is attentively cradled in his arms, so the mug and cake are unfortunately left behind. The cat trots over to Jake, and studies the somber groom, likewise silent.

Benick snuggles against the feline chest

Jake eats some bread with a little cheese, he looks up at the cat "Hey..need something?..I do..October ale"

Phineas adjusts the dozing kit, in order to free up the use of a hand. He brushes it awkwardly through his hair, not well versed in the consolatory arts. But the cat obliges and flags down a nearby guest, whose ale, after a short but convincing exchange, he liberates. "Not sure iffn' it's Octob'r, mate," he tells Jake, balancing Benick in one arm as he hands off the mug with the other. "But it'll work jus' th' same. Cat's honor."

Benick stretches and puts his little arm round the cat's neck snoring softly

Jake takes it and sips it, he nods "Some sort of ale....still ok"

Phineas fluidly slips into a seat at the glum groom's table. Bouncing the kit gently, the tom gives in to a quiet chortle. "Jus' okay, mate?" he asks, and shakes his smiley head. "So, tell me, ye' ain't been hitched f'r a complete night yet, an' ye' all ready got her wife in a huff? S'true talent, mate."

Jake grins "Well,..she will calm down, I am sure, just should of told her sooner bout the shoulder,

then probably shouldn’t of went after the owl...but it hurt two of my friends"

Lorimis looks to Jake "I think you underestimate her Jake”

Jake shrugs and sighs as he sips his ale "My head still hurts where she slapped me"

Phineas bobs a confident nod. "M'sure th' lass'll forgive ye'," he tells the hare. "Even iffn' f'r showin' up on her wedding' date with a disorderly socket." Pausing, the cat flicks an ear. "Looked t'me like she's real in love wi' ye' and whatnot." Again the tom is quiet, as if supportiveness is clearly not one of his strengths. "Owl? Yeesh, mate. Good luck wi' that. All talons an' savagery, those peabrains."

Lorimis frowns and gives a disapproving look to Jake

Silver limps down the stairs, he finds a seat and looks around with a sigh. “Did i miss it...why did i take that nap...."

Jake listens, he looks over at Lorimis and sighs, and he sees Silver and waves "Hi. Missed a wedding and...ummm..me getting hurt earlier and slapped few minutes ago"

Silver nods. “Well I hope everything is ok..."

Flicktail says, "Jake....may oi see you" Flicktail looks grim and points to cavern hole.

While the hall is still alight with feasting and dances, the ceremony bit is certainly finished. Phineas is seated beside a rather troubled-looking Jake, coddling one of the Champion's drowsy tykes. He falls silent, all though throws a glance to the new arrival; his attention then returns to Benick. Sleepy kits are much easier to contend with than doleful hares.

Jake starts to answer Silver when Flicky comes in, he groans and looks over at him, and he sighs and slowly gets up..great."Yes sir" hmms called Flicktail sir..that’s rare :P.

 IN CAVERN HOLE

Flicktail looks at Jake "ye went out after th owl again today didn't ye?

Jake walks in and sits down, he sighs and nods "I..saw it up the road..north, I did injure it again and it..managed to knock me down, think knocked out, don’t know...woke to Maythus and some..lizard attacking the owl, and it left..my shoulder got hurt, but that’s all"

Flicktail looks exceedingly disappointed and sighs sadly, Flicktail looks genuinely hurt, and you think you see tears in his eyes

Jake looks at Flicktail but doesn’t say anything else, he just stays quiet and listens.

Flicktail says, "Jake...oi be verra disappointed, Oi trust th guard words..and..ye went

 back on yer word...and worse..ya thought like...ya think like a vermin...."

Jake frowns as he listens to Flicktail talk "Like a.." he sighs "I am sorry Flicktail..its..I wasn't thinking,.." he frowns more "You...your wanting me ta leave arn't ya sir?"

Flicktail says, "Jake..oi loveye loike a brother, oi never wont ya ta leave...but...thats wot oi mean..*I* were a vermin..vermin don think...Good beasts know our strength be in our Friendship...Friendship be magic (OOC MLP reference :) )"

Jake listens "Just..the owl hurt you, and Silver, and..someone said they thought it killed someone,.." he sighs "I messed up, again. Always seem to mess things up"

Flicktail sighs "Jake..Oi brought ya ere ta give ye a wedding gift not ta thwo ya out.....it may elp to keep ya from messin up....it be my responsibility ta teach ya Jake..and all yagotta do bethink...oi ave the gift ere

Jake looks at Flicktail "Wedding gift?" He blinks a couple times and listens carefully.

Flicktail takes out a shovel...carved in it is 68 names in the wooden handle, he offers it to Jake

Jake looks confused at the offer of the shovel and looks at it and back to Flicktail.

Flicktail says, "This is fer you Jake, those names...be the names of my Dibbuns, each one oi held and they died and oi buried them jus outside"

Jake frowns, he takes the time to count the names "68...thats a lot..and dibbuns, didn’t even have a chance to..to even have a life." he holds it, a single tear even goes down his face and he is once more quiet, he doesn’t try to wipe the tear away and normally he never let tears show.

Flicktail asks, "You want me to Carve Kiara and Honeyferns name in it now Jake? and yours?" he reaches for Jakes paw "you are courageous... no one doubt that...but there is foolish and there is clever Oi expect you to elp ANY beast in trouble..but to go alone..is jus foolish...let yer friends ELP"

Jake shakes his head "No.."It seems the talk has gotten to him as he places his face is his paws for a while and then looks at flicktail, the fur under his eyes wet, "Your right, I..I need to stop rushing into things, it..it could of ended differently tonight, could of been a..horrible depressing night, not..a happy one" he sighs and wipes his eye now, "And I made honeyfern mad, she probably wants nothing ta do with me now"

Flicktail says, "yer notthinkin lad....she were cryin because she loves ye so much, she don't wantta lose ya....beasts do not throw other beasts away....but keep me shovel...let it remind ya...it is all oi ave o me dibbuns" he hugs the hare

Jake nods, he  hugs Flicktail back.."Thanks..for the talk and, no more of me slipping out and..and looking for fights" He stands and sighs "I..I'll be on the wall, just gonna sit up there for a while, then go to bed “He looks at Flick "I am excused?"

Flicktail says, "ye don’t need my permission, and ye act yer conscience Jake, all oi ask is....if you are able ye don't go out alone. Sometime ye ave to" he puts a paw on Jakes shoulder "Oi be trustin ya Jake"

Flicktail says, "and you tell Honeyfern yer decision too"

Jake nods as he heads back to the great hall slowly, least he has to go that way to get to the wall.

Jake sits up here, he is still in his fancy tunic, red and all in color and pattern is fancy, he sits here looking at a shovel and looks to be in some pretty deep thinking, he wipes away a few tears as he sits up here alone, he had asked a couple guards to go away and they moved elsewhere.

Silver walks up the stairs to the ramparts, he though a walk would be nice, he sees Jake and walks up behind him. “Ello Jake..."

Jake sniffs as he hears Silver, he doesn't even brother to wipe away any more tears, he speaks softly “HI" he says and frowns.

Silver limps *well limping more than normal* up to Jake and sits down by him. “Wot happened Jake...?"

Jake looks at a shovel and back to Silver "Not. Much, just...well, Seen the owl again, thats main cause of it all"

Silver nods. “Well is the owl still alive...did something happen?"

Jake nods "Yes Owl still lives...got my shoulder dislocated, hurts like ...well a lot, then didn’t have it looked at right away till after the first part of the wedding, then got it looked at, Told honeyfern why I slipped out, told the truth and she slapped me..hard to"

Silver nods. “Well is that all...least he did not break your arm like he did mine!"

Jake grins "You know, hurts worse when try to put own dislocated shoulder back in place,...it’s in place just will hurt A LOT for few days"

Silver laughs. “Well did you get thrown around like a ragdoll?"

Jake shakes his head “Knocked out...found out something though when woke up"

Silver asks. “And wot was that?"

Jake says, "Maythus fights darn good, he was winning against the owl, there was also some..strange monitor there too...owl slipped off, hard to say where it went"

Silver laughs. “Well glad some beast found you, I am sorry it could not have been me but I was taking a nap!"

Jake nods, he lays down the shovel he been holding "Well sleep is good when hurt...supposed to help heal"

Silver grins. “Yes and it does not take much to get me to take a nap!"

Jake chuckles a little, feeling some better , he nods "Well I am off the owl hunt now,"

Silver sighs. “Jake I can’t let you go alone!"

Jake nods "I know, just said won’t go alone if DO go out looking for it and thats if do"

Silver blinks. “I thought you said that you were going to go owl hunting along?"

Jake says, "I can’t go out alone no more, too dangerous tonight could of ended up depressing"

Silver nods. “Yes and you do not want that on your wedding night!"

Jake nods "I know, but I could of been dead if Maythus didn’t show up like he did"

Silver smiles. “We’ll be thankful that you are not, other than that there is not much you can do!"

Jake nods "True, still been bad to bring back that news, my death...wouldn’t of been a cheerful evening thats for sure, still I will most likely be alone tonight, Honeyfern was...pretty upset with me"

Silver nods. “Well did you still have the wedding..."

Jake nods and shows him his paw, the ring on his finger now.

Silver laughs. “You know i forgot all about the ring for me and Biff!"

Jake says, "Maybe can still get them, never know."

Silver shrugs. “I don’t think it matters...she did not seem to care!"

Jake nods as he listens, "You know I think I will take the night off, mainly up here right now so I could think and..well not really be alone, alone gets...lonely"

Silver nods. “Why would you not...you should spend a day or two with your wife!"

Jake smiles "Sure Flicky wouldn’t care if I took couple days off"
