Kain sits on the edge of a bed, glancing around the place oddly. His head jerks one way, then the next, then he seems to mouth to someone, then glances at his feet... Something wasn't right in this mouse's head!

Davin has been asked to come in and examine the mouse! he didn't want to though, since he hates crazy but he comes in anyways. He knows some information, thanks to the Infirmary healers. The mouse goes right over to Kain and smiles. "Hey there" he says.

Kain blinks at Davin, his head tilting curiously as his feet kick a little like a childs, "Hello... uh, wh.. what... erm... how are you?"

Davin smiles some. "Oh I'm alright Thanks. And yourself?"

Kain smiles back, tail wagging a bit, "I'm just fine! Squeeof!" He smiles more and rocks back and forth, "My name is Kain."

Davin smiles some and nods. "Pleased to Meet you Kain...I'm Davin" He gives a bow. "I've been asked to come in and take a look at you. Do you Mind?"

Kain blushes and smiles softly, "Why.. I... I-I don't mind at all! It's not everyday someone's interested in me! Eeearf!!" He then blinks and looks around, "Oh.... would you prefer Helen to leave?”

Davin's eyes follow where Kain's are going. "Ah...No no..Helen can stay if you want her too...She is your wife after all" he smiles a bit, though deep down, he just wishes Helen would pop out of nowhere and say that she is real and Kain's not crazy...but no such luck.

Kain smiles and kicks his feet more, rocking a bit as well, "Did you hear Helen? You can stay if you want... Oh? Realy? ... Why is that ... ... ... ... Aww, that's why I love you... Ok, I'll see you when everythings finished... I love you!" He smiles and waves a paw at the exit, then turns back to Davin, "Oh so.. uh... what did you want to see me about er... or.. uh... Squeearf?"

Davin Gives a wave to nothing as he smiles down to Kain. The mouse pulls up a chair near the cot and sits down. "So Kain...Tell me about Helen...How long have you known her? How long have you been married?" The /squeearf/ noise doesn't get any attention.

Kain blushes, then notices the wave. HIs eyes widen a bit, then he smiles widely! "Oh, she's been my wife for.. hrmm.. about 3 years! We've always been together though... hehe, she was my best and only friend when we grew up together..."

Davin ahs and smiles. "Ah...So I take it you two are happy together" he smiles some. "Has anyone else seen her? Aside from you and me of course..." he says.

Kain blushes, his eyes going a little wide, "You... you saw her? I mean... you realy did?!?" He smiles and cups his paws together, leaning back and smiling with an even bigger blush, "Oh, I don't think so, but... anyways, we have always been happy... We have our fights but... she's realy a wonderful mouse!"

Davin nods. Then he takes out a piece of parchment and starts to write things down. "Yes...of course I saw her" he smiles. "She walked from there..." he points to where Kain was looking when they were talking..."...To out the door" He smiles. "So...why do you think no one else has seen her besides us?"

Kain blinks and makes a puzzled look, "Oh well.. I.. I don't know.. I see and hear her just fine... but it seems other have a hard time... You don't think..." He looks around, near whispering now, "You don't think they are mad at her, squeearf?"

Davin writes things down and shakes his head. "No no no...I dont think they're mad at her" he says. "I'm just not sure anyone wants to see here is all"

Kain blinks and ghasps, "Why wouldn't they? She is a lovely mouse... she's a great cook, she's funny,

she... she's got the softest voice.... and.. and.. Eearf! Whacha drawing? Squeearf?"

Davin hms. "I dont know why...And I'm not drawing...I'm writing down what your saying...if you dont mind"  he says. "And...Why are going Squeearf? Mice squeak..."

Kain squeeks, "Oh! I'm barking because.. uh.. well..." His face seems to twist into a VERY confused

face... his paw rubbing at his forehead, "Wow... I.. I should know why.. I.. maybe... someone though I squeeked too much or... wait... no.. I.. I got in a fight with my wife? No, that's not it... I... Oh! I lost my clothes one day! No.... er..." He then takes his conversation with himself into mummbles and then he shrugs his shoulders with yet another 'Squeearf.".

Davin hms then puts his paw in front of the mouse's face, snapping his fingers. "Hey...hey...cut it out" he says. "You cant be Barking..." he says. "That tends to make people mad...Squeak...please?"

Kain squeerks! His ears perk up at the snap as his eyes cross a bit, "Erg.... I.. I-I... wh.. I'm sorry, squeearf!" He blinks and rubs his eyes, seemingly to be shocked and frightended rather easily!

Davin has that effect on people. "Its okay...but you cant be barking like that...okay?" he says before smiling a bit. "So...tell me more about Helen...what does she look like?"

Kain rubs his head, intentionaly or not, yet another 'eearf' escapes him before he says, "Oh.. well.... she's... she has rather dark fur... very nice eyes... I mean... you know? She's very attractive, mreeoorf!"

Davin frowns at those odd sounds. "Ah..." he nods. "She sounds pretty...What's she like? Kind...mad, bad, evil?" the mouse continues to write

Kain blinks and er... whines now? He shakes his head, "Oh no... nothing like that describes her... Something more like.. hrmm.. she's perfect... an angel or.. or... maybe a king fit for a mouse.. or... squrff! I mean a mouse fit for a king! Tehehahah!" He giggles and laughs a bit, a random bark maybe escaping him occasionaly.

Davin chuckles a bit then frowns at the bark. He sighs and just writes down. "Can you get her in here for a moment please?" he asks.

Kain nods his head and smiles, getting off the bed. He then pads over to the door, opening it and squrarfing for Helen, "Helen? Oh, the nice mouse would like to see you.... Oh, yes, I know... Hehe, don't be shy.. he's nice! He can even see you!" He smiles, then holds the door open for a while, as if to let 'Helen' enter the room. "Here she is! She's a little shy though.." He smiles and nods at nothing.. or.. Helen, then at Davin.

Davin nods some. "Ah...Good evening Helen" he smiles, following Kain's eyes to make it look like he is looking to Helen. "Can you tell me a few Things about Kain? Good...bad...anything?" he asks. "You'll have to tell Kain to tell me what you say so I can understand" he smiles.

Kain looks over at 'Helen' and then smiles, nodding his head a bit, "Ah! Helen says that I am a very

nice mouse, but I'm clumbsy. Hehe, I won't lie, I am. Hehe... She says, once I was so clumb... Helen!!"

He blushes and frowns a little at 'Helen', "Oh come on... ugh... She's says I would loose the clothes on my back if it wasn't for her... which.. is slightly true..." He smiles and chuckles, "Oh, and she says she's very happy to see you. SH... aww... she said she's very flattered you came to see me... she says I needed it..." He smiles softly and blushes, kicking his feet a bit again.

Davin chuckles. "Thats an understatement" he mutters quietly before writing things down on the parchment again. "Ah..well..thank you Helen" he smiles and nods. "So Kain...do you have any Kids? or plans for?" he asks.

Kain blushes red and smiles softly, nodding his head a bit, "I.. oh.. I-I... me and Helen.. well... would love to have kids.. I mean.. it.. I thought once we settled down we... we could give it a shot, you know?" He smiles and looks over towards 'Helen', "She would be very happy too."

Davin wants to laugh at the crazy mouse but he doesn't. "Ah...Well..." he writes it down. "I wish you both luck..." the mouse smiles and nods. "Now...Kain...I want you to come and see me sometimes...I think there's a lot to talk about..." he nods. "As for staying in the Infirmary..." he looks at the mouse. "I really dont see any need for that...But...there is one thing You need to do while you stay at the abbey...You need to spend time apart from Helen...Maybe Helen can go for a trip for a week or so?” he asks.

Kain blinks and... he rubs his ears, and his forehead, his whiskers, his eyes.... "H...u...w.w ww-ww-w-- Eearf.... what??? H.. Helen.. she... she is all I have.. and... and I-I... I can't just.... we were settling down and... children!! I'm... I'm just suposed to.. to let here go?" He nervously bites his paw.

Davin frowns and stands slowly goes over. "No...No Kain...She can stay with you...but Maybe Helen would like to go on a trip? She'll come back..I promise...I know a great beach a few day's trip from here..maybe She can go there for a few days?"

Kain gitters still, "Ugh... squeear...r...er..... I... o... I don't know.. She... she's always been by my side and.. I... if anything happend.. I would..." He turns his head and glances at 'Helen'... "Y.... what? ... But.... I know, but w- .... Helen.. I... I... ok.... I see.. I'll.... I'll try, but..." He tears up and rubs at his nose, sniffling a bit. "She.. said she would go and be right back... so... I-I guess... so..." He glances at Davin and rubs his splayed out ear.

Davin goes over and gives The mouse a hug. "Kain...how would you feel if Helen went on the trip but I send someone to go with her? She'd be protected from harm at all times...and you can try to make some friends here who can be around you for a while while she's gone?" he suggest before letting go of the hug. "What do you think Helen? A trip to a beach...always warm water, even in the winter...great for swimming...someone will go with you...You will be back in no more then a week...sound okay?"

Kain blushes and leans into the hug. He turns at 'Helen' and squearfs softly, "She... she said that sounds... sounds realy nice... I.. I guess so, but... p.... she will be safe, right?"

Davin nods. "Don't worry. I'll send someone to go with her...I promise...”

Kain nods his head slowly, and slowly squeeks. He sniffles and rubs his whiskers and eyes again, "I.. I'm sorry bu... but... th... this is the first time.. I think I've ever left Helen... is... is it for the be.... Helen??? Helen, come back! Wait!!" He quickly jerks and gets up from the bed, staring at the door! Squeerf!!

Davin goes to stop the mouse from . "Don't worry Kain...She'll he back when her trip is over...I promise" he smiles. "So...look. I have a house in the Grasslands...Once every few days, I want you to come and visit...I think i can keep your mind Off Helen's trip if you want...sound good?"

Kain shakes his head quickly and stares at Davin, "I.... I want to be here and.. H.. Helen.. I-I... she's leaving and.... sh.... I just.... got to say good bye and... I..." He tears up again, this time sobbing. It was... quite a bit odd that him loosing his imaginary wife was such a shock to him. He leans into Davin a little and covers his eyes, "I... i'... I'm... just... gonna..... need some time....."

Davin nods. "Take all the time you need Kain...I need to step out for a few moments...I'll tell Helen you said goodbye...but I promise she'll be back. okay?"

Kain nods his head and sniffles, "Oh... Ok... tell.. tell her I love her..." He smiles and rubs his nose, then he sits on the bed and sighs, breathing slowly.

Davin nods and smiles a bit. "Dont worry. I'll tell her you love her more then anything" he smiles softly heading for the Door. "I want you to get some sleep alright?" he says. "You'll feel better tomorrow"

Kain nods his head and rubs his eyes, "O.. ok... I.. I will.. um...thank you..um.... did.. did i get your name?"

Davin smiles a bit. "I'm Davin" he smiles. "Anyways. I'd better go tell her you love her before she goes" he says.

Kain nods, "Oh... Davin? Th.. thank you... squeearf.."

Davin nods. "You are more then welcome" he says before leaving. When he is outside of the infirmary, and Kain's hearing range, he looks to the healer who asked him in. "In my professional opinion...He's Nuts..."
