Walk the Lass Home

Who:

Zolomon- Skilled Runner and Archer, and recently  Bodyguard

Vonda- Hare Maid, learning Healing and Cooking

Kelp- Otter Kit

Errapel- Old otter seer/ Healer

Log:

Zolomon slowly sat up and then went to stand only getting a few feet before he fell sideways.

Vonda quickly walked over." What are ya doing?" She goes to help him up.

Zolomon slaps the paw away. " Trying ta walk wot it look like." He grumbles.

Vonda put his paws on her hip." Rude much?"

Kelp pokes his head in the room and quietly watches them.

Zolomon snorts." Wot ever." He stands and holds his side." I...well have had..worse,  been a while."

Vonda shakes her head." You should rest and fully recover."

Zolomon sighs  " I have ta go...ok."

Errapel walks in slowly. " I see our guest is eager to leave.Maybe you can take Vonda and Kelp back to the holt.

Kelp smiles." Hey Err..apel."

Vonda frowns." Ok..fine,  but I like visiting you, I have learned healing skills and even learned cooking, maybe ya can teach me some craving skills? Or more with the sling?"

Zolomon takes a deep breath and glanced at Vonda . He watched her a moment and a make sure she gets home safe feeling comes over him as he stands better." Ok sur...I will."

Errapel chuckles. " No need for sir. Makes me feel old...now yes I am old but don't feel it." He takes off his glasses to clean them and puts them back on. " Your as old as you feel."

Kelp just giggles and goes a cartwheel.

Vonda smiles, she tilts her head at Zolomon and smiles at him." Thank you Zolomon."

Zolomon nods, he offers a small..faint smile back and clears his throat." Let's go."

Errapel gets a simple staff." Take this, to help you walk." Unlike his,this one is simple and plain.

Kelp hee hee and hugs Zolomon." Ya...maybe he can stay a while. "

Vonda smiles. " That's up to him Kelp.I am sure he has his own home too."

Zolomon tenses, it's been a long while since he has gotten..well allowed a hug.He slowly goes to have the otter kit let go." Not a hugger...sorry."  He replies to Vonda." I..don't have a home, not.." A frown." Anymore." He says quietly 

Errapel goes on inside.

Kelp blinks.He grin." Me is gonna fix that!"

Vonda frowns." Not a hugger? No home…..what happen Zolomon?" She smiles a little hoping to encourage him." Talking helps."

Zolomon shakes his head, he is not talking as he tests the staff he can walk, running...well that will have to wait a few days." Let's get you home, the holt is likely worried."

Kelp stays close and smiles." Home..home...home by the sea" He does a little sing song.

Vonda nodded understanding, she will give him time and a smile. " Yes...let's go Zolomon. And once we get to de shore...its upshore like a couple hours."

Zolomon speaks." Ok….its gonna be a little slow,but..suppose that's fine."

Vonda nods." Take your time, you are still recovering after all….hey do you know how to catch fish with your paw?"

Zolomon arches an eyebrow.." Errrrr….nope."

Vonda claps he paws together. " I am gonna teach you…..it will be fun." She stays close and even will help, if allowed, as they walk.

Zolomon rolls his eyes." Oh….joy." He does allow help a couple times when he slips. He even rests a little . Once at a camp he takes first watch and watches Vonda sleep.He isn't sure why but...again an urge to protect her comes over him.
