Donica- Healer,Private in LP

Rufus-Injuried Seagull

LOG:

Donica makes her way into the infirmary. She is gonna check on the sea gull. She stops long enough to check on one of the beasts from the ship wreak and theb over to Rufus as she looks at him. " Ok lets see how the wing is shall we "
   
Rufus just glares at her " Bunny make..Rufus sleepfast." He has learned one wing he cant move and one he can, he also dislikes this odd nest he is laying in.   

Donica nods " Yes I did, your wing is broken and it was the only way to properly set it back into place and it took a little while but would of been a lot worse if ya had not been sleeping....as you would of had to hold very still and it likely would of of been very painful"   

Rufus puffs out some and only manages to smooth,out a few feathers." Rufus no like new nest...no like,at all you stupid bunny"   

Donica taps her foot paw "Well your nest on the crater blew away and a couple loose boulders smashed it so be glad ya were not in it." She studies his wing carefully" Your stuck in this splint 3 weeks or more and likely still won't be flying off anywhere. "
   
Rufus opens his beck as if to peck her but doesn't do so, he mutters then asks " Where Bunny Lord?"
   
Donica says, "It's Badger Lord and I don't know, likely busy..why?" She gets some water and fish for the gull and carefully sets the bowls by him and backs off."
   
Rufus watches her and speaks" Is no leader of badgers...is leader of bunnies!" He then eats his fish and drinks the water" Fishes and waterdrink good...get more now!"
   
Donica jumps a little and then hmmphs " Not if ya gonna be rude ya crazy seagull.Now try being polite maybe...I can wait"   

Rufus tilts his head, mutters and flaps one wing making some loose feathers fly and then just mutters till. " Rufus...please haves fishes and waterdrinks?"
   
Donica nods " Yes you may now...was that so hard to be polite Rufus?"   

Rufus clacks his beck and waits for more of the fish and water and after done he lays back down trying to get cozy. He then yarks loudly and just looks annoyed.   

Donica sighs and looks around the room as she thinks, she looks over an old mat and some old towels. She moves it to an unused corner of the room" I can get some straw maybe and some of the feathers you lost can be used..."   

Rufus closely watches her " watch doin'...Bunny..want...nesthome?"   

Donica replies " No...a nest...sort of..for you while you recover and I can even block the corner off somewot for ya too,sides its winter...lot warmer inside"   

Rufus is curious, very.." Bunny make...nesthome for Rufus?"   

Donica nods and offers a smile and gets another private to help her get Rufus slowly and carefully over to the nest. She then finds a couple benches to block it off from others but a healer or maybe ciocan could still get over to him." Maybe your sleep better, rest is good for healing"   

Rufus tests out the nest and settles down best he can with a splint on his wing. He trusts they will get those loose feathers and hay, maybe other soft things too." Rufus sleeprest..away go." Least its said...politly it seems.   

Donica sighs as she shakes her head and heads off to update Ciocan on how Rufus is and takes a report from the main healer on any other important things to know.
