Idea....A small band of vermin, maybe like 5 lead by som es semi smart leader but not like war lord smart...ok,ok anyways they manage to get into Brock Hall, yea while beasts are there, and try...course fail to make it some sort of base for winter. Just thought be an intresting role play.

could be cool. And who says it has to be totally relaxing..ha staying an extra week will end up not do good or maybe in a way good if look at fact they rarely check Brock Hall and Matilda is to come round the 30th to pick Krisha and the others up to go back to Redwall. Finding out of a problem is gonna be intresting.

I am still off most of the week, may pop on an hour or two tomorrow the 23nd...then off line till 30th. But there is still Xander, Gorvenalus and 2 order beasts and 2 novice there to role play and one of you guys are free to spoof one of those novice or order beasts.

I posted here as well as on the LP forums as this would affect both. First a BAD hurricane like storm hits Western Shores with high wind,ice and cold rain....the same storms heads up river to.....Redwall,Ferravale, Camp Wilow....the GUOSIM too...a Blizzard...but in like late December.

I have some ideas for how to make the hurricane on the Western Shore and the Blizzard both exciting and add some fun plot.
I will write up my ideas for them tomorrow and run them past Krisha and then work together to set a date.

cool....and a reminder I am offline till November 30th. I was on an hour today though. So Mother Krisha is just doing her keep beasts at Brock Hall calm best she can. She has a broken wrist but she is fine. She will also, if needed...tell the vermin off if they are too rude...trust me . But others there can still role play just assume Krisha is in another room.

The blizzard should be interesting role play. Maybe some limb that needed trimmed falls.....maybe the treehouse the dibbuns have gets ruined and needs to be rebuilt! I have thought of redoing the treehouse anyways and it is old as it was there when Oz was Badgermther..he would just walk over to the tree it was in and KNOW..hee hee...when dibbuns were up there...say come down and they be down rather quickly No one is gonna be in the treehouse wouldn't think and it has to be one of the older trees, not sure which one was used but has to be one the abbey doesn't do much with ...so maybe a branch falls into the treehouse roof and it caves in the treehouse some....loose boards fall off...I don't know...something and it's rebuilt in spring maybe .

There could be limbs fall in the woods too.

Yep....so here in Mossflower it turns blizazard...bad winds..lot of snow..duhh cold!!!!

Ice could already of been in it at the western shores.....

Looks like the Snow Badger will be early!

This event will happen maybe mid December....sometime in December, a date is being worked on!

How about Tuesday 8th December for the Storm on the Western Shore

And Thursday 10th December for the Blizzard to hit Redwall.

Some ideas I have are:

Storm on the shore front: Storm is violent, throwing sand and rocks all over. The mountain has to batten down the hatches and prepare.
But a ship sailing out to sea is driven onto the rocks just off shore. Normally people would wait for the storm to be over to go help but the Hares in the mountain can see the ship is stuck on the rocks, and it is being broken apart.

So they have to mount a daring mid-storm rescue during the storm!

Blizzard at Redwall on the 10th
It is a howling storm, snow and ice,

The tree house can be knocked out of its tree
The weathervane is knocked off the highest roof
The abbey is buried under 10 feet of snow and entirely cut off from the rest of Redwall so everyone in the Abbey is stuck.
Velm can be rescued/found buried in the sow just outside the main gates.

So we have a bit of a "Snowed in" episode of Redwall.

i can try to be there for those dates, but i can't guarantee anything. i have to figure out if d.r. and her family would get stuck in the gatehouse and have to dig their way to the main abbey building, or if angela makes them go before the storm gets too bad. maybe velm and i can figure it out since his char will need to be rescued.

we need to decide how long that snow stays. ten feet of snow takes usually the warmth of spring to go away, and so is there for the rest of the winter. (anybody from the areas in the usa that get lake effect snow wanna tell us about it?) our chars will have to make tunnels connecting the main building with the main gates.

i now have to go figure out how this will affect fv.

our poor chars...
