As for the Slaver tp we should figure out who is going on the ship the good guys have, and name the good guy's ship (I know Kelforn is supposed to offer his ship as a give to the LP and heard its a large ship good for sailing there and back , and have room for former slaves).

Mistclaw of course sailing off on the Crimson Tide on 9th cause....well she is leader of the slavers and yeah the good guys are chasing off after her after all

If a healer is needed with good guys there is Donica

Lets name the good guy's ship before or on 18th shall we smile

Gonna try and be on 9th a short while....Oz doesn't do too much (in human terms a 6 month old baby)....lets see cry, learning to crawl, babbles but no talking yet....:P

Zolomon is a Sargeant now? But should he stay at the Mt? I know Terrence and Felicity are Sargeants as well, hee maybe captain should be added for Terrence smile Or he can be a LT. (if he wants)...point is all 3 can't go, one would need to stay behind...I have yet to decide what Z does..was gonna see if Ciocan says go or stay. Oz of course is staying at Mt.

I have Gorax the evil Wolverine at the island they head too(I am gonna write up some log for him here soon and since he is a Wolverine he will be spoofed by Scioto...also be fun to see a little of the island in a role play before anyone gets there.So far looks like  slavers head off on 9th...heroes head off on 18th...so the heroes are a week or week and a half behind the slavers. Also is it 3 or 4 weeks to the island?

I also like the idea of a storm sometime on the way to the island and we can do the heroes vie point and the slavers/dibbuns view point.

Ship names for the good guys...hmmms, sorry no ideas right now, been feeling ill today  but hope to be on a little while 9th anyways and can page mail or post on here who can  be carrying oz who could always be asleep.cubs that young do sleep a lot,he could cry or whimper...so far it appears Caleb will have Oz with him on the way to the Mt, after that guess we find out where he stays. I have already decided for some reason he will dislike Z...hee, he should like Ciocan as he's a fellow badger and since Dominik is like main dibbun caretaker at the MT. then he should like him too.

And yeah let's post if your charters are going or staying at the MT....so far looks like Felicity is a for sure, Greg said he was going...so there is 2 for sure...was Dom going?

That's a proper Redwall Shipname

Ciocan would probably empty the mountain in my opinion if there are dibbuns being held by slavers and they skipped through the western shore with impunity. Leaving just the Home Guard to hold the mountain.

As for what will happen on the 16th at Redwall, you'll all have to log in and find out.

I like that name too so looks like the heros have their ship name..Ciocan can name it on 18th when they sail off smile

And I am sure the Home Guard will be fine. Sides...home guard can keep Xander and Oz company as I know they are staying at the Mountain. I mean Oz is a very young dibbun and Xander is no way gonna be fully recovered for a long while. We had discussed with kurgan that there will still be after effects of the poison, plus he will of been wounded on top of that so recover from that.....

Whoa Xander is likely to be in horrible shape so yeah..think he likely knocked out of action for a GOOD WHILE....hopefully Xander will be traveling back with the heroes once the dibbuns are found and rescued and return to the abbey, if he is to come back little later on....someone is gonna need to serious let Krisha know he is alive and where .

On 16th...sounds awsome..Motehr Krisha will be around, as will Sister Anna and might have Brother Rick around ( Anna is a vole,  not yet middle aged  and Brother Rick is a middle aged squirrel)

Also after the 18th we should make an updated Time line on when Mistclaw gets to the island and when heroes get to the island and a date for a storm at sea smile...we need a sea storm to happen.

So it truly fits our heroes

And of course they need to name the ship before it sails off, nameing a ship is good luck too and sounds very much like what the Badger Lord would do right before it sails off to find those evil vermin scums....rescue the dibbuns and end evil! I would say 4 weeks there...and a storm at sea sounds fun (Well fun oocly be far from fun ICLY) and that way have a role play at sea to look forwards too so people don't get bored for the 4 weeks of travel. Other role play ideas while at sea could be sea sickness for those not use to sea travel, maybe they see seals or sea lions once and I know in books sea lions and seals were good and helped the good guys at times. Maybe some hare could even have the famous line.."are we that yet"...just for laughs and drive the others crazy to where they ignore him or her and finally be like yes we are here already you happy?....Heee Heee

I think I need to make a villain for this TP..even if said villain dies once the heroes get to the island.

Log-A-Log will be on the 16th, he has 1 shrew warrior left that is with him at the abbey.

I'm glad my list of ship names was helpful big_smile

And for if we get bored during those 4 weeks, I am hoping and planning on running some LP DAB shenanigans (and possibly roping baby Oz into them, because why not?).  So people would be more than welcome to spoof leverets for those RPs (yes, I'm thinking of there being at least 2 during this whole thing).


I am ready and willing to spoof a sea monster tongue 

Maybe a pod of dolphins can visit 1 day, and maybe a group of whales another day.  They appear in the books, too.  I can look up some species that live around Great Britain so we can desc them accurately.  (THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS TO DO, LET ME LIVE!)

Terrence will probably request to go, especially if Greg, Felicity, and Dom are going. He's not going to be left behind... or at least he'll try to not be left behind XD
I will try to make John more active, especially at the Abbey- he's been away for a bit and it could be fun RPing his run in with the guards when he tries to get back into Redwall while its under lockdown...

Oh, thanks for the suggestion, but I personally think it would be best to leave anything concerning promotions until after the TP is finished! tongue If Terrence were to be promoted, I'd prefer it to be some variation of sergeant, such as Master Sergeant, Colour Sergeant, or Drill Sergeant (which all appear in the books at various points but aren't used on the MUCK). If people want to discuss this more, someone should probably start a thread for it so this thread doesn't get cluttered

So maybe Zolomon should stay behind?  IDK....maybe we should also discuss in the link above how many NPCs there are in the Mountain and what all they do....maybe that'll help make these choices a little easier, as well.

Once the new, post-June-18th timeline is posted, I'll try to choose a few dates for LP DAB shenanigans.  Would Tuesdays or Saturdays be preferable for everyone?

(I'm sorry I've been so cranky this week; I don't know why I have been.  Everything is hard.  I'm sorry sad )

Its a 50/50 but as said if slavers are involved the home guard would mainly stay behind....of course Zolomon could end up breaking getting shot in the foot with an arrow...thanks private:P and stuck at home to recover and help Quinten deal with those unrudely home guard beasts...poor Quinten needs help?

It has been brought to my attention that I should share this:

So, I was going to have Squirrelbabe (now named Dochas, but that's not IC knowledge yet) and most of the Dibbuns be afraid of Ciocan and the LP hares for a couple days after they're rescued.  I mean, they will have just spent like 2 or 3 months being yelled at by strangers, so their fear of strangers and the whole "stranger danger" thing will be a lot greater.  The LP and Badger Lord, as well as any other heroes who didn't live at Redwall, will need to work a bit to earn the Dibbun's trust.  However, the Dibbuns will come to trust them within a couple days, so it'll be okay smile Thinking about it all from the perspective of what is known in the field of psychology just makes this make sense.

Also, I have an unnamed ferret Dibbun who lives in Redwall and was also kidnapped with the other Dibbuns.  I don't know how the LP will ICly react to this.  But if they make him feel scared, most of the Dibbuns will react similarly because if 1 of them is threatened, then their experiences indicate that they will all be threatened.  (Also, DoraRose will be more than likely to fight for his honour, so there's that.)

So, yeah.  There's just some info about what to expect when the heroes finally rescue the Dibbuns smile

So what is gonna happen to the boat they left 1/2 day from western shore? The one the vermin stole from Keldorn? Keldorn mentioned to Ciocan he wanted it burnt and destroyed cause the vermin made it a slaver ship.

Just curious is all.

And ya for the large ship Keldorn gave to the LP and Ciocan that should be cool, and I have finally made a decision....Zolomon shall stay at the Mt...the reason to help train some recruits, and keep an eye on Cole and Slaw.:)

I thought of Major Pete going but he is way too old! He shall be so old that when he dies finally its likely after there been another bagder Lord...no 3 other badger lords cause HA.....the LP needs the old, very old..creepy Major Pete to greet them at the entry of Sala smile. Beasts can joke how the only reason he is alive this long is cause the Grim Reaper is afraid of him tongue

Additionally, some of the Dibbuns would absolutely refuse to get on the boat they traveled down the River Moss in because it would trigger far too many traumatic memories for them.

If they don't/can't use that boat, how will they get back home to Redwall in a timely manner?

Also, will Ciocan and the LP escort them home? O.o

In the books they sale a galleon all the way up the River Moss from the shore on their way home. At least most of the way.

I'd suggest Ciocan will just sail them up the river as far as they can before walking the rest of the way to Mossflower.
And Matilda will smack any hare who tries to suggest leaving the ferret dibbun behind.

One other thing!
The Ghost of Martin is going back in his box

I think I am at the limit of how much they should have been used in this TP.
Martin has been all over and I used him a little bit more for the dibbuns and a bit less cryptically then he should have been ideally portrayed.
Ciocan is also out of runes to lead him onward.

So the journey to Terramort and defending the Abbey will all have to rely on his smarts as a captain and the gumption of everyone at the mountain. So we'll all have to up our game! No more cryptic clues from here on!

As for Martin...yeah he doesn't have to have to lead them all the way, he has helped enough, even in the books it was like here ...start with this..good luck! Martin likely still watched them just didn't interrupt cause he likely knew all would be well...like children they need to learn on their own as well and not always depend on him for everything smile
