So, I've been working on the theme song lists for my characters for months, and I decided to just post what I have and then update this comment as I finish each songlist! So keep a lookout for edits!

This is in the order I made my characters. I'll try to add explanations of why I chose the songs later (originally did this comment during the RP of the Fate of Marek TP finale, so my brain was focused on megaposes )

DoraRose: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P … FfteuhiTI8 Y'ALL. This is by far my longest songlist. I first made D.R. on March 1st, 2012. She started as a sort of mini-me, but she's become so much more than that.
This songlist spans and I think explains her life.
She started as a carefree, happy youngster in a loving family. But her figure isn't like that of other girls; she's more stocky and muscular whereas others around her are willowy and delicate. This made her self-conscious in her self-confidence. Then her baby sister, LilyMoore, was murdered, and she went out to hunt down the murderer, Vladmir Stormfeather, and slay him. She was filled with darkness, loneliness, sorrow, misery, and self-hatred. Her search eventually led her to Redwall, where she met creatures who wanted to be her friends, but in her pain and fear she could only push them away. But she also met Leon, with whom she fell in love. As they courted, Stormfeather appeared, bent on a quest to conquer Redwall. Through the course of it all, she and Leon came to realize they wanted to get married, and DoraRose opened herself up to love and to friendship. After the final battle in which Stormfeather was ultimately defeated, DoraRose and Leon were married, and they soon had their twin children, LilyMoore and Caleb. DoraRose grew in confidence and healthy vulnerability, her husband and family healing the hurts deep within her. She became the Warrior she was born to be, and even though she is cursed with the Bloodwrath, she knew she had a destiny helping and protecting others. Soon her children had grown up, and Caleb was married to Cynthia, and they soon became pregnant. They left the Abbey to travel with a circus of sorts. But tragedy should strike, and Leon was kidnapped and murdered. But instead of being consumed by grief as she had when her sister had died, DoraRose, while she did mourn, she fulfilled her promise to her dying husband....and lived. So while a widow, she chooses to be the best Warrior....best mother....best person she can be. And she will never stop. Because she promised Leon she wouldn't.
So there's the story of her life, as told by the songs in that list (and by the years I've been RPing as her).
Some of the songs were suggested to me by Wanderer and cotton300. So shout-out to them for knowing D.R. so well! (Another suggested song that I couldn't figure out where to place it in the songlist is The Sun by Tiger's Jaw.)

Also, I updated my previous post with a crappy summary of D.R.'s life to explain the songs I chose for her. I also shall ad Squirrelbabe's songlist. So, yeah.

Feel free to send me any questions about my songlists, and feel free to add your char's songs! Also, please don't feel bad if you don't have a list of songs for your characters -- I wish I could narrow it down to just 1 song for each char, to be honest! (Well, Squirrelbabe only has 1 song right now, but I anticipate that changing at any moment )
