LOG:
Zolomon had not been down here for a long while, but he came today to lay a flower on Tarsha's grave. He sighs as he traces the letters and snorts "Ya ghost tis glaring at me isn't it fer not being down here for a while, sorry bout that"
It's been a few days since the whole leveret fiasco with Blorg, and Felicity finally has some time to come check on Dominik. Hearing Zolomon's voice, she slows her entrance into the catacombs. "Oh, 'llo, thah, Zolomon." She stops beside him and looks at the name on the grave. She doesn't say anything, just offers him some solidarity with her presence.
Dominik is sitting right back in the alcove he had originally chosen upon first making his way down into the catacombs, his back facing the entrance. He had moved the scattered bones that had once been Blorg over into a corner, putting them into some type of haphazard order, likely something that meant something only to him and that the others wouldn't understand. The voices of Zol and Felicity echo faintly in his head, and the large buck slowly lifts his gaze to stare at the wall opposite him; a wall that is covered in various drawings and scrawlings. His shoulders lifting and dropping in a light sigh, Dom simply sits there and waits for whoever was coming to arrive. He'd begun to get used to having visitors, even though he'd just wanted to be left alone.
Zolomon nods a hello and he knows Domink is down here, somewhere and seems not too worried "Hey...umm sorry been..busy suppose" He says quietly, and he has been busy that's not a lie.
Felicity grimaces. "Oh, 'tis fine. I've been busy, too, t'be 'onest. Was just comin' down t'check on Dom, see 'ow 'e's doin'." She leans close and whispers so only Zolomon could possibly hear. "A leveret accidentally killed Dom's toad friend." She then steps back and makes her way over to the white hare's alcove. "Dom, love, 'tis me." She knows he recognizes her voice. It's kind of distinctive.
Dom does indeed recognize Felicity's voice; had it been anyone else speaking (save for perhaps the leverets), he more than likely would have chased them away. His expression remaining generally blank at the moment, his voice is quiet. ...Licitie..." he murmurs, his ears perking for a moment. No other movements or motions seem to mean that she can enter further if she wished. There is still what appears to be an arm bone held in his paw, and he traces it lightly back and forth in the dirt as he stares at the wall.
Zolomon nods and he frowns "Is that...Domink?" He asks as he walks a little ways towards where he is, but stops wandering if it's wise to get too close. The last time he saw him he, well...got a free flying lesson!
Felicity nods to her fellow Runner. "Aye, got Dom back safe. I would suggest y'stay o'er there, though," she gives him a meaningful glance as if to say 'do as I say'. She then turns back to the huge buck and smiles, even though he's not looking at her. "Aye, Dom. I came t'visit you. 'Ow're things goin'?" She peers over his shoulder. "D'y'need somethin' t'put Blorg's body in? I know o' somethin' that would work."
Dominik's gaze slowly drops to the ground as he listens to Felicity; it is obvious he is listening due to the light twitches his ears give every now and then, a paw clenching on the arm bone before he tosses it back over onto the pile with the others. "...is sorry...made Licitie run. Was not meaning...to do," he replies, softly. Hearing Zolomon's voice, Dom's expression clouds over, his whiskers twitching, but he doesn't react further for the time being. As Blorg is mentioned, Dom frowns, his jaw clenching, and he sighs. "...yes," he replies, simply. "Erg...is confused. Is not knowing...if Erg, or...if Dom..."
Zolomon peeks around the corner and looks over at Dominik, he wisely keeps his distance for now.
Felicity shakes her head. "Oh, 'twasn't y'fault, Dom. It just 'appened." She steps forward. "I think y'Dom, an' y'always 'ave been. This Erg creatah is just somethin' th'toads thought up." She tenses slightly at the mention of the toads, but she presses onward. "Y'apologized just now because y'Dom, m'friend."
Dominik listens quietly, the buck's gaze slowly lifting as Felicity speaks. He shifts a little so that he manages to turn to halfway face the doorway, his icy eyes falling upon the doe. He simply sits there and stares at her as he turns her words over within his head, trying to piece them together and make as much sense out of them as he possibly could. "So...Erg...is not real? Vas...made...by toads?" he asks, softly, his eyes slowly narrowing as he thinks over this bit of information. He spies Zolomon peeking his head around the corner, and the other buck gets a hard staaaare. "...vhy...is he here?" he asks, his tone icy, shifting back to Felicity, a frown upon his muzzle.
Zolomon frowns as he walked further in, maybe afraid he will hurt Felicity "Hey hey...I was down here before she was, calm down...it's ok, we are all friends here right?" He is still a good distance away from the other hare.
Felicity nods. "Aye, Erg's not real. 'E may /feel/ real, but 'e's not you, Dom." She gives Zolomon a 'be quiet' look, then turns back to the big buck. "'E's visitin' th'grave o' a beast who died. There's lot of 'em down 'ere." She points to a particular grave, almost directly across from Dominik's alcove. "That one there is where m'mum, da, an' brothah are buried." She glances back at Zolomon, her gaze softer now. "Both o' ye, please stay calm. Zolomon, I've got this, don't worry. Dom, 'e 'as th'right t'visit graves. It's all gonna be fine."
Dominik's eyes follow the direction Felicity points. Silently, the massive buck rises up to his footpaws, and he shuffles out and across the passageway towards those graves. He stands there, staring down at them, his expression perplexed at first, his paws clenching at his sides as it is obvious he is thinking really hard about something. Finally, his voice can be heard, and it is in a softer tone that usual. "...is....sorry, Licitie..." he replies, quietly, his gaze shifting over to her, a frown upon his muzzle, before he turns and returns to his alcove, brushing past Zolomon in the process. "...do -not- tell to calm down," he replies to him in a flat, yet dangerous tone. He sinks back down to the floor, paws coming to rest in his lap as he stares downwards at his paws. "...is not sure...what is true anymore..." he mutters. "Believe Licitie, but...also believe voice telling is Erg...."
Zolomon frowns as he goes to do a cartwheel to try and cheer dominink up, "Cheer up Dom.....life is good, life is.."And he crashes into the large hare and shakes his head,he chuckles a little "Oops..sorry bout that, little rusty on de cartwheels."
Felicity looks up into Dom's eyes, absolutely fearless. "I know. Because ye're a good beast....Dom." She smiles, giving Zolomon another look. "I think ye're Dom, but you can find whotevah pahts o' Erg y'like and take 'em forward wi' ya, too. Make Dom an even bettah beast than 'e was, y'know?" The Zolomon happens, and all the Sergeant can do is gasp and shout, "Zolomon, y'nincompoop! Dom, 'tis alright, 'twas just an accident, please don't do anythin'..."
Perhaps Felicity was indeed making some progress with Dom. If anything else, she at least was seemingly beginning to get through to him more than anyone else has been able to so far. His shoulders heaving in a heavy sigh, the buck appears to be ready to say something in response to Felicity....that is, until Zolomon makes the completely unwise decision to try a...cartwheel? The smaller buck thuds into Dom's back, jolting the massive buck. Blinking, his eyes slowly widening for a moment, before they narrow to slits. There goes the furry tea-kettle again, the fur on the back of Dom's neck lifting and bristling, his ears both folding back against his head as the redness begins to creep up his neck and into his face. His breathing gets erratic, paws clenching tight. The Dom that turns to face Zol and Felicity is not the Dom of a few moments ago. Teeth clenched, the buck reaches down to try and grab Zolomon. If successful, he gives him a hard shove in the direction of the entrance to the alcove. "...OUT! GET OUT!" he snarls, eyes blazing.
Zolomon eerks as he goes to stand, oh he is helped up by Dominik, he starts to speak.."S..sorry...I..."He screams as he flies..the wall stops him, he slides down the wall and is..still. He lies in an odd angle but a closer look shows breathing, he lives!!!! But will have one HECK of a headache when he wakes up.Oh and his shoulder is dislocated so he won't be able to use his arm for at least a week, then couple weeks of some exercises to get it better again. He will be fine, just...sore.
Felicity stifled a scream and rushes over to check on Zolomon. "Oh, oh my 'eavens..." She takes a few deep breaths, struggling to keep her temper in check. "Oh, thank....'e's still breathin'...." She gives Dom a steady look. "Y'could've killed 'im, Dom. Aye, 'e shouldn't've done that, but the Dom I know is inside ye wouldn't just do that 'cause 'e know 'e could kill a beast." She bites her lip, trying to figure out how to get Zolomon out of here without any more drama.
Dominik watches impassively as Zolomon goes flying into the wall...apparently, the buck doesn't know his own strength and gave him a little harder push than he originally was intending to. He stares down at Zolomon's still form, the frown creasing his muzzle again, before he turns his attention back to Felicity. "Did not kill," he responds, in a nonchalant manner. "Is still alive." The buck turns his back to Felicity and Zolomon, sinking back down to the ground in his usual sitting position. "Take out of here. Vil speak with Licitie ven no one else here."
Zolomon is..quiet, cause well duh he is knocked out. A headache and relocated shoulder he will awaken to. Well at least he will leave Dom alone now, so there is that.
Felicity is furious, and decides to let Dom know. "Don't speak t'me that way! I'm not y'slave, t'do as ye say! Ye'll be lucky if I come back at all! I c'n forgive y'not knowin' y'own strength, but don't y' EVAH speak t'me like that agin! You don't ordah me around, Dom! Don't talk t'me like that agin, assumin' I decide t'come back!" She goes to pick Zolomon up and half carry, half drag him out to somewhere where other hares are, where she can get help to get him to the Infirmary. She didn't mean that she'd never come back, she's just mad. But maybe it'll give the crazy buck some pause so he'll think through the consequences of his actions....which, as far as Felicity can see, is something else he needs to relearn.
Dominik watches quietly as Felicity unloads on him, the buck's expression just as impassive as it had been while looking down at Zolomon. Something inside his brain stirs, causing an eye to twitch, but generally the buck doesn't react aside from a simple smirk. "Erg speak how Erg like, to whoever Erg vant..." he mutters. "...did not ask to come down. Leave be, do not vant to see, anyvay..." he growls, the buck picking up a bone that had been lying nearby and flinging it at the wall, where it shatters. He slips over into the shadows of the corner and crouches there, seething. One step forward, and two steps back, it seems.
Zolomon meanwhile later wakes in the infirm with a major headache, he frowns as he looks around.."Ouch...."He says quietly, ok maybe don't go to the caverns again till Dom is...well Dom again, when ever that is.
