Chaos At Tavern-Part 2

Krisha is silent at first before she speaks "Krisha..." She answers quietly. She watches the rat be dragged off by the snout, that has to hurt a lot.   

Patch is sadly dragged off and fails to get lose of the mouse maid no matter how much he tries.

Oz just listens and sips from tea he had ordered when it arrives and sighs “Today is just…I am unsure, strange maybe” He sips some more tea.

Zolomon relaxes as he slowly frowns "Remind me ta keep on her jolly well good side"

Ferro grins at the hare "SSSSSSSStay on the mouse maid good ssssssside, ssssssshe has ssssssspunk for one her age, a good fighter sssssprite, that is good, keepssssss the blood pumping"
   
Krisha frowns as she speaks "Father....." Yes beasts are staring at them now and its clear no one is going near the badger maid now. The two martens are dragged off by guards to be placed in a cell for the time being.   

Oz just listens to the chatting as he sighs "Sister Ginny will be upset again tonight as I do not plan to walk back in the dark."   

Zolomon just shrugs "I be sure ya can stay in a room here, Mr. M won't mind Ozzy"

Patch is able to come back in, but he is clearly shaky and looking over his shoulder as if someone is gonna get him any second. A guard just watches him as he goes to finish his shift at the tavern, he is lucky.
   
Ferro watches the guards take the martens away and still is a little peeved, but doesn't show it as much. "sssssssssso, why are you not at the abbey?" His eyes fall on Krisha "You are ssssafer there than here."
   
Krisha answers after a short while "Wanted...I wanted to see you" Her speech is getting better and better now" I did not travel alone, I was with Oz and an abbey mouse" She forgot the name. “And when it..its winter you’re not be able to go too far..surely not abbey and you seem to ...make them jumpy"   

Oz listens as the two talk, "I can assure you she was with me and Brother Cliff" Seems Brother Cliff left, the badger frowns as snoring is heard from Zolomon as he sighs, well least the hare isn’t complaining about food.   

Marek listens quietly before deciding to chime in. "Child, your father and Mr. Oz are correct, Redwall is far safer than here, Mr. Benar and Mr. Magramba see to the safety of every beast within, and it is more fortified than ever after Mr. Zork improved the gates". Gesturing Patch to get the group drinks he adds. "While by no means perfect, Redwall is far safer for a child than here, for not every beast here is of noble intentions"   

Ferro speaks "Ferrvale issssssssss interesting at timesssssss, the tavern for ssssure isssss not always the bessst place." He looks at the fighting bit as a ferret knocks out a rat and some beasts lose coin over betting on the rat.   

Krisha says, "I..I am not a child" She speaks quietly, she is just about of adult seasons just not yet but almost. She then smiles at a thought "X...Xander is here, when I want to go back to the abbey he c...could walk me there"   

Oz nods "Yes Xander is somewhere, but he could well be at the abbey he was told to take a couple days off in fact. I myself will not travel back in the dark, I will in the morning with Zolomon most likely." 

Patch brings them some ale, and tea for anyone who didn’t want ale. Again he keeps an eye out, for certain mice .

Marek smiles and nods. "I will inform Mr. Xander of your request" after Patch has brought drinks, Marek takes his and promptly stands back up. "In the meantime, I require more rest to recover from the most recent attempts on my life. I wish you all a good night". He makes his way upstairs, glaring at Patch. "Make certain that the chaos in my tavern is kept a minimum, Patch or Mrs. Angela will not be the only one that will have your snout on a platter"

Ferro nods as the stoat heads off, he then lays out some coins "For the table damagesssssss"   

Krisha nods as she goes quiet, and then "Xander is...very good beast and he would gladly protect me from harm"   

A guard will make sure Marek gets the coins.

Patch nods, great first the old hag of a mouse maid and then Marek...which was worse ? And the fact he has to help Angela for a couple days...luckily the guards talked her into waiting till morning, he is safe till then...till the sun rises, then it’s off to work he goes.
   
Oz just shakes his head as he sips his tea.   

Ferro stands “Come Krisha..." He looks to Oz and asks "Mr. Wintersssssss......you can come to the blacksmith  sssshop as well, a ssssafe and warm place if you would like."   

Krisha goes to follow Ferro and waits to see if Oz is going as she can help led the way there.   

Oz finishes his yea and stands as he gets his staff" Sure..why not" He will let Krisha led him there and nods to Patch, he then shakes Zolomon “Tell them abbey I Will be back by lunch.."

The hare nods and stands "Right away I shall be there before too long" And he will be as he runs fast, and he is off getting to the abbey a little under 1/3 the time walking takes.

Ferro watches the hare head off, “He sssssshould be a runner for that hare group on the coast.”

Krisha smiles and goes to help Oz to the shop, there is an extra room there they don’t use that he can rest in, of course she has her own and her father has his room.

Oz lets himself be lead to the shop, he will leave in the morning when Zolomon returns to walk him back, and just in time for a story time at lunch, an extra-long story time as it’s a couple days’ worth to get in with a shorter one at bedtime.
