Prepare For A Trip- Zoltar Log

Zoltar- Evil horde leader

Shadowlight- Horde beast

Zoltar was getting restless as he paced back and forth in the small area where the meeting was being held.

Shadowlight just watched him as he paced,  looking rather bored.

A rat scratched their head." SO..what's wrong with de new  boss?"

Zoltar spins around and takes a deep breath. " I am tried of waiting,  we head west now."

Rockpaw speaks up." And how you gonna avoid being seen, let alone with 600 beasts at your side sur?"

Shadowlight just backs up, most have learned not to back talk the wildcat.

Oz wakes from his nap and stays where he is kept under guard, but is curious of the meeting.

Zoltar grins." Easy, stay on this side,  avoid de south side of the river.We go a small bit further north, then west…"

" Then what, got to get to the south side one way or another, not much up shore for ya...down shore thar is." Said a stoat who had just recently found the horde.

Shadowlight kept a close eye on the new arrival.

Rockpaw glared. " who you….this is the Crimson Shadows, trespassers...die."

Zoltar gets out his twin blades aiming one at the stoat." Speak...maybe ye get ts live...and stipedog..get me some food and drink..now!"

Oz gulps and nods quickly doing as he is told." Yes sur!"

" Name is Brutus...and thar is a bridge across the river,  made by a clan of like 20 ta 30 0tters that live thar now." The stoat says. " I can give you info on Halyard too, be a good city to have as ya own."

Shadowlight shrugs." Port city, we discussed it."

Rockpaw snorts and sits.

Zoltar listens." 30 at ed most? HA...I have 601, if I count you.How wide is the bridge and Halyard will be mine, so will much more."

Oz returns with fish,ale and some dried fruit and bread.He sitsit in front of Zoltar and sits nearby.

Brutus grins. " five beasts wide….could take a while ta cross, luckly de otters on de north side,  after they are gone...no beasts till Halyard, then ye got those hares...they have a small base in Halyard, near the docks…..I hate the hares, for sure this...archer."

Zoltar gets the food and nods." I see..hares don't worry me and I am sure not all the Halyard beasts..want them there."

Brutus snorts." Duhhh…" He chuckles." Ya got a Stripedog as a slave or a pet?"

Oz glares slightly at the stoat and then scoots back slightly.

Shadowlight gets bored again and heads off to get firewood.

Rockpaw stays as a sort of guard.

Zoltar narrows his eyes. " My Stripedog.."

Brutus chuckles and pours some ale, sliding it over to Oz. " Give de stiledog something ta drink...hee."

Oz blinks, he then takes a couple big gulps as he is thrust and then quickly regrets it as he coughs and gags a little, a frown on his face as he sniffs the ale and pushes it away.

Zoltar raises an eyebrow at this and snorts.

Brutus just chuckles at the cub."Ohmy...oh….that was funny right thar."

Zoltar stands to get a larger meeting started. " In a few days we head to the Western Shores!" He downs his own ale and then nods." Time to prepare for a trip."
