Krisha sits in her chair, eating a late breakfast as she relaxes a little. She has left the dibbuns with Sister Anna for the time being.

Elbio has not done much since he got to the abbey and had actually sleep in a little till he woke up to come downstairs, which he did and so he enters the Great Hall quietly.

Krisha nods"Please sit Elbio"Short and simple as she waits.

Elbio sits down and nods "So Mother Krisha wot did ya need? If it's to help with making sure some novices get ta the GUOSIM I can surely jolly well help with that"

Krisha nods"And that will be helpful, I know the head guard of Ferravale will help escort novices in a couple days and Caleb may be helping, when we head to the feast the group will be bigger then." She folds her paws on the table"I mainly wanted to discuss the guest we got a few days before you and Donica arrived"

Elbio sighs,"Why? He will be fine.I had a small, not enjoyable chat with him when I got here. Do you know of the things he has done? Then he goes AWOL and needs found, and he is found...he needs to be kept someewhere so he doesn't..I don't know, wander off again ta who knows where."

Krisha clears her throat"Ok, I see your point and no one would let him leave the abbey, but keeping him in one room most of the time...."She shakes her head"It's not the way to do it. He has not posed any threat here, Yes he has been grumpy but he has a right to be grumpy stuck in a room most of the time. That make anyone moody and grumpy,I am gonna see on letting him walk around, but he will be refused to leave the abbey. And whoever is   taking him to..where ever can do so when it's time,when ever that is."

Elbio frowns on this but speaks" Donica and Velm will take him back to Salamanstron, course he could cause issues. Likely after the feast, though I may ask them to just head off early."It's clear he has a bit of a dislike for Zolomon.

Krisha replies" I don't think any hare would want to miss the feast." A soft chuckle at the thought,that be a form of punishment in a way for a hare."The feast is in 6 days,  either tomorrow or the day after te novices go to help the Guosim be ready for the feast, should be intresting"

Elbio smiles now"True..feasts are great, food and merryment, music..and food of course" He then adds "But..I don't think the Sargeant should attend the feast, where he can be..I have no clue, prehaps just here and Velm and Donica can fetch him after the feast and head home"

Benar says, "I don't care whether they complain about missing the feast or not," Benar says as he descends the stairs, "This is a matter for the Badger Lord, they can depart whenever Elbio wants them to do so. Master Zolomon from the sounds of it should be returned to the mountain and the Badger Lord at once, so I fear regardless of their feelings Major Velm and his patrol may just have to take him and leave. Thier duty is to your lord after all."

Krisha tilts her head as she listens.She then nods a hello to Benar "Hello Benar" She was about to say it's up to Benar whether Zolomon joins the feast.

Elbio sends a salute to Benar"And Velm is a Lt.....unless thar is something I was not updated on sur Abbot" He didn't read the letters after all as that wouldn't be right."And yes wot ever the case is with Zolomon is up to his Lordship, he did want him back as soon as possible I do believe sur"

Benar says, "Ah maybe, I am not up to date on all of your ranks and such Elbio, I am not a military squirrel really," He frowns, "But anyone wanted returned to the Mountain as a prisoner.... really shouldn't be at our feast. It would... send the wrong sort of message"

Krisha asks "Should Zolomon still stay in the old office Benar? Or maybe be allowed to walk around some, have a beast with him at all times till he leaves with Velm and Donica?"

Elbio nods "Tis ok Abbot.."He chuckles, glad he doesn't have to suddenly start saluting Velm."And I can send Lt. Velm and Private Donica off tomorrow morning,with Sargeant Zolomon....through he likely isn't a Sargeant now or..well any rank most likely"

Benar says, "As far as I am aware he is not violence, I don't think we need lock him up. Redwall is not a prison.... I say we let him enjoy the freedom of the abbey until Lieutenant Velm and Private Donica depart with him for Salamandstron"

Krisha nods,she glaces at Elbio"No rank?" She is curious,she then speaks to Benar "No he has not been violent in the abbey, I spoke with him breifly and I believe Dorrose did as well and he didn't thearten us nor anyone else here at the abbey" .

Elbio sighs but nods "Fine......just watch him from a distance." He frowns "Yes, no rank..he will likely be kicked out of the patrol,told to not return..where he goes from thar ..no clue, suppose it be up to the Abbot if he can be here of course.I would suggest he not go near Ferravale though"

Benar settles down in his chair, "Elbio please go and escort Zolomon down here," He glances at Krisha then back to the hare, I will talk to him"

Krisha sits quietly, she seems ok with Zolomon being out of the room in fact,it just seemed...mean to her for him to be only allowed in there,one reason she chatted with him outside a little.

Elbio  ask, "Is that wise?" He then stands and nods before he says anything he would regret "Sorry sur..I  shall go get him."

Benar sits back in his chair, staring into the fire as he waits for Elbio to bring Zolomon in.

Zolomon is a bit surprised he is brought downstairs. He does not argue with the Lt, nor does he salute. He just follows him not be in be sure what to expect. Seeing the abbot and Badger mother he stands up slightly better and just waits.

Elbio takes a calming breath, do not yell he tells himself and speaks "Sit...."He adds after awhile"Please"

Benar leans back in his chair and stares for a moment at Zolomon, "Zolomon, I want to say I have thought more on your situation and whilst I won't stop or block the request of Lord Ciocan for you to be returned to the mountain. The Abbey itself is not a prison. It is a place for healing, care and community. Whilst you are our guest you have free reign of the abbey grounds, our rooms and our hospitality. But I am handing  you into Krisha's custody," He nods to the Badger Mother, "She'll be looking after you, so please don't cause her any trouble."

Zolomon blinks in surprise at this, he glances at the badger and then the Abbot. He looks to see if Elbio rejects this.He finally speaks, arms folded briefly over his chest.He then nods." I..won't sur." Whoa the first he has said sur to anyone in a long while.He slowly sits down now.

Benar nods his head, "Thank you Zolomon, maybe the Abbey can offer you some help whilst you are our guest at least."

Elbio looks like he wants to argue but will respect the abbot.He does speak "You best behave Zolomon, and once you get back to Salamanstron...well, won't be so friendly thar."

Zolomon glares briefly at the Lt. but wisely holds back anything rude.He then frowns as he has started to understand he is in a good deal of trouble. He stays silent for now.A letter likely explained things he did. Disrespect an officer, putting fellow hares in danger, not always following orders,he had a couple brief fights with a couple hares and of course...he injuried Major Varus and fled the mountain.

Krisha nods to Zolomon "Your get a guest room.I am unsure how long your be here, guess that's up to Elbio"

Benar raises a hand, "Elbio please, no need for antagonistic words, I expect you patrol members to all be on your best behaviour and cordial to one another whilst you are here, regardless of anything that has happened." He then looks back at Zolomon, "Do you accept Krisha's terms Zolomon?"

Elbio ears drop a little,  then nods"Of course Abbot.I am sorry."He looks at Zolomon and speaks "Your head back with Lt. Velm and Donica after the novices are escorted to the GUOSIM camp."He then lets the others speak.

Zolomon nods." Yes Abbot Benar and..." The next word likely surprises some. " Thanks. "

Krisha nods"Good then...seems you have a couple days before you would head off, oh and one more thing..no kitchen raids,that actually goes for all the hares, we don't want our friar having a heart attack after all,he already likely dislikes this many hares here." .

Benar says, "I am sure Lacota can cope," Benar says, "But yes welcome formally to Redwall Abbey Zolomon, you are our guest."

Zolomon nods.He knows to behave while he is here.

Elbio frowns,he speaks "I have not raided any kitchens. "In fact the hare doesnt really seem to act like a bottomless pit like some do. "Other matters...I can help escort novices to the camp,then come back here to let you know they are safe.That is when I would send off Velm and Donica with Zolomon,so..yes a couple of  days he can be in the care of the Badger Mother."

Krisha nods "Lacota will be fine, besides sounds like he will only have one hare to deal with in a couple days time."

Benar says, "I will be going up with the Novices I think, helping the GUOSIM, I'll leave you in charge whilst I am gone Krisha, you can work with Blisa's people to help escort everyone safely to the camp."

Zolomon sighs . He starts to speak and then just decides to not.He is glad to be out of the old office though.

Elbio nods "I can also help with any possible guards needed on the way to the camp come feast day." He looks at Zolomon and frowns, maybe he should try not to be so strict right now,he clears his throat "Zolomon....I am sorry for my rudeness when we spoke, I let some anger get the best of me. "

Krisha lays a paw on Zolomon's shoulder,she knows part of what he is going through and will likely chat with him some more later.

Benar says, "Thank you Elbio, please talk to Matilda, she has our end of the plan in hand and is running things, she would no doubt welcome extra help"

Zolomon is surprised as Elbio says sorry, he nods quietly as he was rude to Elbio in Halyard and he did shove him agaist the wall.He lets the paw stay but he does frown some, a lot of things to think of and being in the abbey does remind him of his friend even more so.

Benar stands "I must tend to some things to get ready for  the next few days.And Zolomon, if you would like to chat with me or Krisha, you are welcome to as maybe it will help you some."

Krisha offers a smile"Talking does help, trust me..it does even if you think it a waste of time."

Zolomon just nods, a frown on his face she stays seated and quiet in his chair.

Benar nods and heads off to a meeting he has to go to, to discuss this weeks events.

Elbio slowly stands "I should be off as well, need to update Doinica and Velm."He bows and leaves Zolomon with the Badger Mother.

Krisha nods and speaks to Zolomon "Lets get you a nicer room, and maybe a good lunch"She adds "Not rasions"

Zolomon smiles a little, the start of a true smile ""Lead the way to the good food then" He will surely follow.
