A Gift For Ciocan-Dibbun Slavers TP

Ciocan was up early having breakfast and looking over a list of names given to him as he quietly sips some tea.Nearby on a bed is the sleeping Oz, finally asleep after a few hours of being very unhappy,it would seem no hares so far had any luck with the cub...well seems the Badger Lord did.

Keldorn knocks on the doorway and waits quietly by the door.He got some sleep, maybe another nap will be good but for now he needed to see the Badger Lord and he was not going to just walk on in.   

The Badger Lord looks up and smiles "Enter Keldorn, I do hope you have gotten enough sleep."He sits down his mug and smiles."What did ya need?"   

Keldorn smiles as he walks over "You spoke of a ship, but your need one thats a fairly good size sir." He sits down a paper, " She..don't have a name but it's a ship....a large one too and plenty big enough trust me for supplies, some of your hares, yourself as well as me and my friends, plus we could easyly have the dibbuns brought back soon"He has full faith they will find and rescue the dibbuns.   

Ciocan looks it over and blinks in surprise"Where is this ship Keldorn and how ever did you manage to get it?"   

Keldorn smiles "Halyard and....."He shrugs "I am...well was fairly rich sir...a life I left behind even before Wilson stole everything from me, the one thing he couldn't get was this ship..it's not be sailed before but it's fully ready to be it just needs a crew.I have sailed on the sea before, tis...been a little while but I have and us GUOSIM love water travel."He smiles again, yet a small frown"I was gonna surprise my daughter...she was killed by those slavers when they stole my other boat.The other boat I..do not know what to do with it, those slavers turned that boat into a slaver thing...I am seriously thinking of burning it"   

The badger listens and looks over the paper and smiles "This ship at Halyard, me and my patrol can use it?"   

Keldorn comes out of his thoughts and smiles "The ship is yours Ciocan...a gift from me to you an the Long Patrol, it belongs to the Long Patrol now to do as they wish with. As I said she..do need a good name, but fully ready to sail and awaits what ever crew you put together."   

Ciocan  smiles "Thank you Keldorn"He chuckles "I have a ship of my own but ....well its been in dry dock so long as likely needs a lot of care and wouldnt be fit for a long voyage nor even come close to fit whats needed."He looks over as Oz wakes up and starts babbleing and goes to pick him up.   
   
Keldorn smiles"Your welcome Lord Ciocan"He glaces over at the cub and smiles again" I am glad at least Oz was saved, though I wonder why Kurgan was not with the others"   

Ciocan shrugs "Who is to know and I am sure I wish to not know the reason"Oz yawns and then reaches out to Ciocan and giggles, the Badger Lord smiles"Its also been a while since I have held a small dibbun, a very long time"

Keldorn says, "He seems to like you , but oddly so far dislike your hares"He chuckles "Maybe you have a way with dibbuns sir"   

The badger smiles as he rocks Oz and nods to the shrew"I had a mate..she died but we have 3 children so yes, I have handled badger cubs before." He doesnt go into any stories right now as he heads to doorway carring Oz, who seems happy with this idea"Lets let Quinten know we have a ship shall we?" Oz giggles and then yawns.Ciocan nods to Keldorn "Come along"
       
Oz nods and heads out with the badger Lord, he peeks at Keldorn and giggles as if to say well come on.
   
Keldorn chuckles and follows after them, so far seems things are going well and they now have a ship to sail.
