Fight Gone Wrong!-Ferravale Log

Bladefur-Fighter beast and rude wildcat

Some spoofed Tavern beasts and a Couple Healers

FV:Redthorn Tavern:Main Room
This is the Redthorn Tavern you have just entered. There is many round tables with chairs made of oak wood  and on the side wall some tables with booths are found. In the back is the counter and where the main bar tender serves up drinks, round chairs line the counter here. Behind the counter is different drinks to choose from, even a small few without alcohol in them. A menu is nearby with food choices, but you will not find any bird meat on this menu. A large picture of whom the tavern is named after,  Marek Redthorn,  hangs on the wall for all to see, a  few words of how he saved Mossflower lie under the picture. Also on a wall, in a glass case, is a curious old flagon,slight burn marks on the side.
On the far side is a fighting pit, a couple tables here to place bets on whom will lose or win and a place to watch the fights. The pit is blocked off and one way in and out down a ramp, that's always guarded at all times, and a healer is on duty at all times as well.  There is also a stage where beasts can sing, dance  or maybe even juggle to entertain the crowds. The tavern is larger inside than it seemed to be from the outside. A door leads off to the kitchen and a sign =employees only= .A window on the side looks outside to the village and there is the door that leads back outside.

Patch is cleaning up the tavern, like always and making sure things are keep clean, orders are placed and done correctly and then he goes to finish making some ales he was working on.
   
Texo walks into the tavern and finds a place to sit "Hello...hi.....oh ummm I need a light ale and what ever the speical is tonight"
   
Bladefur grins as he enters the tavern, it's been a while since he has been in the area.He smirks "Nice look, I liked de old look better but hey...change happens I suppose"   

Patch looks up, first at Texo "A potatoe soup and something to drink, and either roll or toast...."He then nods to the wildcat "New tavern so new design, what ya want? Or ya just 'ere to sit?"   

Texo nods "I would like that still..."He frowns at the wildcat "Some changes are good sir, some not so much..the old tavern got destoryed and so this new one was build,named redthorn after Marek Redthron...whom is saddly dead now"   

Bladefur shrugs "Who cares, I need a strong ale and what sort of meat they have here?"   

Patch nods and gets the orders of ale, and Texo's meal "We have fish,crayfish and sometimes eel but right now just fish,crayfish and...well was some lobster that I managed to get, gonna have some difference"   

Texo says, "Maybe we could try and have....well something else,not sure what else though would be good,that we could have anyways"
   
Bladefur rolls his eyes "Fine...fish it be then"He smirks "Ate hare once, it was good. It was in de southlands"   

Patch makes a face but goes to get the fish and lays it down "Well we dont have that here...heard they might have it at the Gull, I know they have 2-3 bird meats at the Gull, but 'ere tis fish basiclaly"   

Texo says, "I never been to the Gull...I like it here a lot better"   

Bladefur says, "This place seems ok so far"He chuckles a bit "And who says I would want hare here, if I do I catch one and eat it elsewhere" He wil eat his fish and get some vegtables with it.
   
Patch says, "How...intresting...certain things around here is a big no,unless you want trouble started with other beasts around"
   
Texo just quietly eats , but he does move slightly away from the wildcat, seems he rather avoid any possible fights right now,he was never the fighting type and he wasn't begining now.   

Bladefur looks around "So..who owns this place? And what is this town...hmmm, who ever runs it should rethink some of the offered menu items"   

Xander steps in about now an overhears some of the talk "I own the tavern?" He studies the wildcat and sits down"Patch, we need to talk"   

Patch hmmphs "I don't wanna talk to YOU..so just go ta ya office or something."Yes seeing the badger has put him in a bad mood,he then gets a look at him slightly"What happen ta you.."He smirks "Bad end of a fight?"   

Texo waves to the badger and answers the cat "Ummm...Xander here owns the tavern, now the village is Ferravale and thats run by Chieftain Blisa"   

Bladefur hissses and his ears go back "A stripedog owns the tavern!!! This a joke?" He narrows his eyes on Xander and stands up."Why do you own a tavern in a vermin village?"   

Xander stays calm, great trouble and he didnt want trouble"Cause I do, Marek Redthrorn in trusted it to me, now please....get out of my face"   

Patch looks between them, he would say no fighting but hey this is a vermin tavern they can fight if they want to, though in the pit may be better as he thinks on this and waits to see what happens.   

Texo frowns, "Should I get a healer? A healer for...well anyone or anything and so what if a badger owns this tavern, he ..does a good job, well so does Patch and Patch is the main worker"   

Bladefur grins "No...I don't like..stripedogs and I won't get out of your face"In fact he shove him into a table if he is able to.   

Xander manages to keep his balance, but a mug does tip over and fall,he snorts and takes a deep breath as he looks at the wildcat "Ok...leave"He stays semi-calm right now but he is starting to get mad.   

Patch asks, "There is a fighting pit"He points to the pit, oh yeah incourage a fight" Anyone wanna see one?"   

Texo exclaims, "I rather not see a fight and there isnt a healer on duty"But he does go to get one just in case as he frowns,"I'm getting a healer!"

Bladefur smirks as he goes to point to the fighting pit"We..fight" He goes to shove the badger again, maybe punch him as he chuckles.
   
Xander snorts, the punch gets his shoulder as he growls, "Fine...no weapons"He lays his blade by Texo's table, he trusts him and walks into the fighting pit.   

Patch grins and walks over, there hasnt been a good fight in the pit for a while"As stripy said no weapons...first blood is de winner.."   

Texo gets back with a healer and sighs as he sits down, "Why..why"Then ok that is what the fighting pit is for after all, but still there could be injuries, and will also watch the blade
   
Bladefur shrugs and lays down his longblade and 2 daggers and steps inside, he doesnt wait for a begin now as he kicks the badger at the leg   

Xander was keeping an eye on the cat and sidesteps, he goes to sweep at the legs of the wildcat and send a punch to his jaw.   

Patch watches closely, he may be angery at the badger but he will make sure both him and the wildcat fight no weapons and to first blood.
   
Texo watches, curious of the fight and keeps an eye on the weapons of both beasts"I will never understand fighting, not at all.I rather build...I use to fight a long time ago and was not good at it, building and drawing I am great at"
   
Bladefur gets the punch to the jaw but luckly,for him, no blood, he manages to not fall and goes to slam the badger into the side of the pit.
   
Xander tenses up as the move connects, his back feels like it is on fire as he takes a deep breath and kicks the wildcat hard in the gut.Somehow it doesnt make the claw marks on his back bleed, least yet.   

Patch looks back and forth "It's close..yeah, well someone will won but who"   

Texo watches, frowns and just shakes his head as the healer is ready to go help if it's serious enough.   

Bladefur gets another punch to the jaw but no blood, in fact any blood he swallows to not show, he growls and goes to ram into the badger again!   

Xander quickly moves and if the wildcat faces him he will kick him and punch him in the snout as he pants, ohhhh his back hurts! But no blood drawn, but it clearly hurts fairly badly.
   
Patch sighs as he steps closer to see if there is any blood, as some bets are placed most watch, some just ignore it as,,,what ever a fight so what.   

Texo is wathing and sips his ale"I say its close to ending...I think...oh that looks painful"   

Bladefur slams into the side, he growls and goes to grab the badger by the neck when the punch connects to his nose and blood pours,this angers him so he goes to grab the badger and slam him into the side of the pit a couple times if he can, he saw it hurt.   

Xander nods "I drew first....."He oofs as the wind is knocked from him, and then again as he slides into a sitting position and tenses up, some blood seeps threw his tunic but the wildcat did bleed first.   

Patch noticed "Hey...you cat ya lost, stripy drew blood on you first....hey fight is over..everyone out!" He does folllow the rules.
   
Texo frowns, "Oh dear....oh my" And the healer is up to help, with a frown   

Bladefur chuckles, he has a hidden dagger in his boot"Oh..tis over indeed."He spins the dagger and backs up, he then kicks the badger before he can regain his breath, and gets ready to stab him right after he is down.   

Xander goes to stand and is knocked down, and out cold as he lays on the pit floor totally helpless, this....might not end well.   

Patch eyes go wide as he is not sure why but he goes to get between the cat and the badger"Back Off...."A gasp and a dagger in his chest,somehow barely missing his vitals but it's stil not healthy to have a dagger in your chest.He shivers a little and lays a paw on the dagger,thinks better of it and just sort of stands there in shock.
   
Texo gasps, the healer is rushing over to them as Texo looks at the wildcat and shakes his head "Umm....we need..guard, a guard....or something"   

Bladefur blinks and hissses low, and then all the chaos, he growls and leaves the pit quickly, a town guard comes only to be stabed in the chest with one of the other two daggers the wildcat left on the table,the longblade belonging to the cat is taken and he rushes offf, he decided to leave the badger's  weapon there, besides it's likely heavy and would slow him down.The guard stumbles and falls over dead.   

Xander is still alive, likely thanks to Patch, he groans a little but has yet to fully awaken,His back is bleeding again from a couple scabs coming off the claw marks, other wise he is ok...maybe a slightly sore jaw but ok.   

Patch is..not ok! He looks at the healer as the healer says something on staying awake, he weakly nods as he is tended to and taken to the infirm.   

Texo texo goes to check on Xander "Xander?..Xander......"Luckly a weasel in the tavern is also a healer and helps Xander, he frowns at the opened claw marks and just gently helps him, he will just tell Texo to get the pit closed.   

Xander groans as he wakes up and blinks, oh the pain of his back..."Oww...ow...wot....?" He frowns and catches sight of Patch being carried off "Patch?" He sounds worried a bit, he tries to sit up.

A bouncer comes over "The wildcat went to stab you after he knocked ya out...Patch got between ya and then the wildcat left and the wildcat killed a gaurd"He frowns "You should lay down..rest"

Texo frowns "I am not SURE  how Patch is, they took him to the infirm"   

Xander snorts "Help...me...up"He looks around "My..office..upstairs...tell the chieftain and head guard wot..happen" He frowns, it is about closeing time,"Tell who ever is stil here its closeing time"Not too early, half an hour mainly.
   
The bouncer nods and heads off to tell the chieftain after he helps Xander up,has a couple stoats help him up the steps to the office to rest,he then closes up the tavern,but will let Blisa and any guards in but thats all.He will explain whjat happened and that the wildcat got away.
