Its the next morning and the camp is still basically clear of anyone, well the weasel Jaecar is still here and managed to get some fish, nothing wrong with fish for breakfast.

Hanzi came back as he said he would, he just doesn't show himself just yet. He has learned to be quiet more and the slight art of surprise.

Reva grumbles as she walks along, how could she forget her necklace, her mother gave that to her. Well she took it off at camp and then they just had to leave in a hurry, she just hopes its still there as she comes to a stop and sees the weasel and frowns "Ummmm....hallo thar...sir, you didn't see a necklace with like a single pearl on it..did ya?"She keeps her distance, a fair amount of one and lays a paw on a dirk she has.

Jaecar is alert right away as he draws his blade"Not wise to come into my camp, yes my camp"Though he did see the necklace, finder keepers right as he smirks drawing in from a pocket "This what you seek...hare?"

Hanzi studies the haremaid, hmmm recruit of the Long Patrol, how horrible. He goes to slip behind her while she is hopefully distracted and has his own dirk, yep he keep it and goes to lay it at her throat, course she could maybe move away before this if she heard him, but in case "Come into camp and sit"His voice is not friendly.

Reva tenses and just moves slowly and sits,she frowns as she looks at Hanzi "Your...your a hare...."She frowns totally confused right now.

Jaecar growls "If she is staying take the stupid dirk from her and why have her here, this is stupid"

Hanzi gives the haremaid a look that says behave, yes he has practiced it, he smirks "She was with the group....that had the old otter in it, see you want him..its simple, course they likely wont go for it but they want her back, they give up the old otter...fair trade right? Course...."He smirks" My friend may find interest in her as a slave, but maybe she can gain some freedom back if she just tells us, hmm."

Reva blinks, she then glares "How rude, your rude and why would ya have a friend who wants slaves, why ya wanna further harm an otter..."She gasps "Your not a good beast, your a bad beast and...but why are you bad, why would you do this, wot is wrong with you are you insane, are ya crazy, ya insane and not gonna get away with this...see they will know I left and like look for me, or maybe they wont but I BET they will..."

Jaecar frowns this hare talks too much, he looks at Hanzi "Make her shut up before she gives me a headache or draws unwanted attention"

Hanzi frowns,a quick movement, a simple blowpipe with a knock out dark,a quick blow and she would be out for a couple hours,"There..she just needs a little nap now do take away the dirk, tie her up and...I will make sure her friends know where she is, maybe you can rid the world of some beasts..it could be fun"He smirks and walks off, he may not know where the otter camp is but he has an idea that least a couple of them went to the abbey.

Yeah that worked, the haremaid is clearly knocked out, long enough to wake up soon and have no weapons and be tied up

Hanzi steps int the abbey, rolls his eyes as he does give up....well most of his weapons,he might have a couple hidden. Gee he hasn't been here for a while and he likely doesn't plan to stay long as he looks around the grounds."Not changed a bit...boring"

Oz is with some dibbuns letting them play outside, Sister Ginny close by to help out as Oz leans on his staff and is taking it easy today. He tilts his head as he hears some of what the hare says, he knows the voice or he thinks he does anyways.

Hanzi snorts, he notices the badger and walks over, after all a message doesn't have to go to someone in that group if another knows someone from the group. He clears his voice and grins "If it isn't Oz..or wot Papa Oz or wotever"Ok he sounds bored, "Anyways...seen Xander or maybe Sinway around needed to chat with them"

Oz tilts his head"Hanzi?" He had talked to the hare a couple times before the Long Patrol left but only a couple times "I..didn't know they were back, guessing you tagged along?"

Hanzi makes a face, oh he is glad the badger is blind"No.."though tone of voice could be a clue of his dislike of the Long Patrol for what ever reason"I..got a message, seems they are missing something..I just want to lead them in the right direction....sort of, but info isn't..free"

Oz frowns as he grips the staff a little, he is not liking the voice tone," Hanzi...if your up to something this is not the place for it." He knows something is off about the hare he just doesn't know what just something.

Hanzi folds his arms over his chest, he was always quick to change his mood and he was already annoyed to come in here and now more annoyed."Up to something...maybe, but that's my business, not some old beast with a walking staffs business."

Oz takes a deep breath to calm is urge to bang the hare on the head with said staff,"If its in the abbey it is my business. Now you mentioned a message if its so important why not just have another relay it"

Sinway has been back in the abbey since early morning and has spent most his morning tending to the pond, but upon seeing beast by the entrance the otter wanders over, he is about to greet Oz when he recognizes the second beast and running up to Oz and standing slightly in front of the badger he addresses the hare "Wha' do ye wan' here." His voice is not on the pleasant side

Hanzi rolls his eyes, ok grumpier now as he just speaks softly "Oh..forgive me..I mean I could but rather not"He goes to attempt to grab the staff when the otter shows up and he backs away slightly,"Well seems one of the returning beasts are here after all..and isn't woodlanders allowed in the grand old abbey"

Oz backs up,he does grip the staff a little, he nods to Sinway and frowns, ok something is not right Sinway is friendly to all, he speaks "Normally yes, seems Hanzi wanted to talk,I assumed at first he maybe tagged along with you...maybe not"

Sinway tone is flat almost harsh, like it was back in his warrior days, seems he hasn't lost that side of him completely "Ye be right, but I ain't t' sure how the abbey handles with woodlanders who wan' t' play at bein' vermin, killin' there own kind gettin' banned from the wester shores by the Badger Lord." And that would explain why Sinway is not friendly at all to Hanzi "So wha' be this message ye be wantin' to deliver then?"

Hanzi chuckles, "Well he's been updated, isn't that just so nice."He smirks"I made a new friend...seems he wants something so I helped, seems the Long Patrol isn't so alert, seeing as they are missing a recruit, oh no worries she is fine...least think she is I sadly don't know the weasel that well just that he wants to..chat with the otter, and maybe one of the hares, seems he was knocked out, how rude. All they have to do is go to the last camp they were at, maybe get back wot they lost,or maybe not..."

Oz may not be the abbot, but he is one of 3, the other two being the Champion and the abbot, that can kick a best out of the abbey, He points the staff at the hare as he circles around the otter, "Leave Hanzi....and don't step a footpaw back into this abbey, your not welcome..go now"

Hanzi narrows his eyes, how dare the badger do this"Why would I listen to a stripedog and your not the Abbot.."Then Hanzi decides to to be stupid, then he still has that short fuss of anger and maybe its worse and he further proves he is far from good as he has a hidden dagger in his sleeve "Fine..I'll leave but...before I go..."Yeah he goes to try and stab someone, likely not the wisest move. Weather it was meant just to harm or..worse, he still had a dagger hidden in his sleeve.

Sinway had not liked that Oz stepped in front of him and so he moves to stand beside the badger and good thing he did, a little flicker of light from the hidden dagger alerts Sinway to the danger, and that was a bad move on Hanzi part, the otter quickly steps in front of the badger and grabs the hare's wrist with one swift motion he snaps the wrist up while pushing the hares paw down forcing hare to drop the dagger and will cause him some real pain giving the otter almost complete control over the hares movements, he starts to walk towards him and the pain being applied to his wrist will force the hare to walk back "Leave, and never return." His voice is almost savage now "And I promise ye Hanzi, if one hair comes to harm on that hare maids head, there is not a place in this world ye will be safe."

Oz backs up a little, not totally surprised Hanzi tries something. He listens as the hare is led to the gates. He lowers his staff to the ground and leans on it. For now waiting to speak. He coughs a couple times then clears his throat, ok maybe a day off was wise but he will just sit down a little while after this.

Hanzi is clearly surprised and goes to try and kick at the otter as his face show pain as he walks backwards to the gates, he glares at the otter"I..don't enjoy...threats.."But he is wise and steps the rest of the way to the road, he likely got his weapons, maybe he didn't. He did drop the dagger so likely lost it as he just walks north up the road, yes he will take his foul mood out on something else. But he choose the smart move, to leave and will stay wise and not come inside the abbey again.

Sinway smirks as the hare tries to kick him the hare will find that this is a fruitless effort as Sinway is just far enough to be out of the hares reach, once outside of the abbey he tosses the hare to the ground "Tis not a threat Hanzi an' t' be honest, I don't give a damn how ye feel about it." He waits till the hare is far enough away before turning his back and walking back into the abbey shutting the door and making sure the gate guard tells everyone that he is never allowed back in. Once that is dealt with he rushes over to Oz "Oz, are ye ok." He motions to the gate guard to pick up the dagger and put it in the gate house "I'm sorry ye had t' hear me like that, bu' he tried t' stab ye."

A guard for sure will make sure the hare stays gone and will alert the gatekeeper of Hanzi, meanwhile a squirrel walks over, he is in a Defenders uniform "Whoa....a hare that's like vermin, sort of crazy.."

Oz nods "Your..forgiven Sinway and I am ok, your not gonna get in trouble for an act against a threat and far as I am concerned Hanzi just lost any kindness of the abbey and wont be allowed back in again"He frowns and goes to sit down on the steps leading up to the wall as he looks tried, likely should of rested more than he did.

Sinway looks over to the squirrel recognizing the uniform "Tis not as uncommon as ye might think, tis just uncommon in Mossflower country, go over seas and ye see it more." He looks up at the Defender "I got a task fer ye friend if ye could be so kind." He looks towards the gate "I need ye and one other if there be another squirrel here if not go alone, but I need ye t' make the trip t' Camp Willow, ye need t' find Solomon and inform him that Reva has been captured by the weasel that attacked our camp, and that he wants Hawk eye and Wan t' meet him at the sight of the attack." He looks worried "This is very important so travel by the trees, do what ever ye can t' get there as soon as possible ok messmate?"

The squirrel listens and nods, he does have someone in mind he can ask to go with him and right away is off to deliver a message.
