Heading To The Abbey Soon- LP LOG

WHO:

Zolomon- Runner/Archer/ Private First Class in Long Patrol

Reva- Recruit in Long Patrol

Sinway-Brother at Redwall Abbey

Xander- Leader of Mossflower Defenders

Log:

Xander was walking along the beach, he had spent some time in Halyard mostly the past few days and decided to come by the beach for some fresh air.

Reva is curious of the badger as she been watching him for a while, she then decided to walk over"Don't usually see more than one badger around this area, least you not so super tall it hurts your neck to look up at..I mean goodness."

Xander started to sit down when he looked over at the hare and waves "I...well I don't live around here, live in Mossflower and will be heading back very soon in fact"

Reva says, "Never been ta Mossflower, even on that river...seen it on a map mt pa always carried maps all the time on the boat""

Sinway walks up from the direction of Halyard he has his fiddle case hanging from his back and a good size coin pouch in one of his paws, he is happily tossing it up and down as he walks heading back to the mountain, though when he spots xander and reva he decides to walk to them instead "g'day t' ye Xander, and marm." He greets once he is closer

Xander says, "Only been in a boat.....a few times, didn't like it much"He nods to Sinway"Hey..I may be heading back home soon""

Zolomon comes walking along the beach, slowing a little as he nears the group but doesn't say anything right away.

Reva says, "Boats are nice, unless your in a storm then not so nice"She waves to the otter and sees Zolomon and waves, if he sees it."

Sinway finishes walking up to the group "Did I hear ye are headin' back t' the abbey soon, I was thinkin' about talkin' wit' Ewan about headin' home me self, im better now an' there be no point in havin' a otter from the camp take care of me duties at the abbey if'n it ain't needed." He then turns to Reva and smiles "Not sure I have gotten a chance t' meet ye yet, me name is Sinway." He gives a bow to the haremaid

Xander says, "I don't like boats..or storms..but will be on a boat if its needed, just will dislike it, and yes heading back to Mossflower in a couple days."

Zolomon speaks now "Your..heading home?" He walks over to them now "I..thought of seeing if I could...maybe see Redwall even if just a short while, but not sure the request really got to anyone"

Reva shrugs"Like wot ya want..."She tilts her head at Zolomon "They likely wont let ya go to Redwall, that IS  like far away...isn't it?"

Sinway looks over to Zolomon "Have ye tried just askin' the Badger Lord him self, I think takin' a trip t' see Redwall and gettin' away from the shores would be good fer ye, sure helped me t' get away from Redwall." He then turns back to Reva "So what be yer name lass?"

Xander smiles "Could be fun to travel together, weather its walking...or a boat, doesn't matter too much"

Zolomon says, "I...not really had started to but a lot was happening at the time and he is busy. Its an idea though..."

Reva says, "Its Reva..recruit and might try and get into healing as a skill, seem low on healers here"

Sinway nods his head to Reva "Tis a pleasure, I be a brother of the Redwall Order, incharge of the upkeep of our pond." He then turns to Zolomon "Well ye need t' ask soon." He looks over to Xander "I heard from Crevan, that his dad Hawkeye was thinkin' about takin' a trip t' the abbey, be nice if we could all go t'gether."

Xander asks, "Hawkeye might come? That be good, not see him for a few days though but he and Crevan is welcomed to come along"

Zolomon nods "I will...try and remember ta ask and Hawkeye was in the mountain infirm a couple days, he is home likely now or..tavern maybe , but more  than likely home"

Reva says, "Isn't he the otter that...helped me and Rudolfo and ...umm, oh yeah Ewan , and a couple others that were sort of annoying"

Sinway looks to Zolomon "I know, I was in the infirm when they brought him in, I would of helped out but seems I got sick and the healers wouldn' let me leave." He turns to look at Halyard "I'll have t' talk wit' Ewan, and see if he be ok to travel."

Xander frowns "What happen?" Ok maybe staying in Halayard was not the best idea or he could ask later on what happen as he sighed.

Zolomon nods "And...don't know.."He looks at Xander "I don't know all the details, he helped find them and they were missing, but things are ok now"

Reva says, "The cliffs have these really cool tunnels, but some tunnels are like old and stuff....and I think some go under the water...well one like really old wall collapsed and we were like stuck and we found a open cavern with a pool of water and there was small openings in the cave ceiling with air and light, and then"She takes a deep breath"Then the seal found the otter who got us out threw a couple water tunnels...one long tunnel and then a short one and there was a like dry area to rest in between...if was sort of cool and sort of not cool and we could of died but we didn't die""

Xander blinks and frowns, ok does she breath much? He nods and tries to get an idea of what happen, basically some trouble that was solved "Ok...well its good all is ok then"

Zolomon says, "listens to the report and then speaks "All are recovered or recovering so yeah all is ok now"

Reva says, "Yep all is well....well not too well the recruits had like too much dish washing duty for exploring dangerous cliffs and stuff and oh yeah ..chopping onions...I wouldn't make a vermin do that..well maybe I would""

Xander blinks again and hmmms"There is a way to chop them without tearing up too much"

Sinway was listening quietly to them talk finding him self getting tired "Well I'm goin' t' head back t' the mountain t' get some rest." He turns to Reva and bows again "Twas a pleasure t' meet ye lass." He gives a wave to Zolomon and Xander before heading back to the mountain

Zolomon nods to Sinway and looks to Xander "So, staying in Halayard still...."

Reva says, "There is...wot...wot...wot..wot..tell me!"

Xander hmmms and just smiles "Its a secret"He then looks at Zolomon"You know...I could spend one night at the mountain."

Zolomon smiles , a true smile and that's rare "I'm glad..Xandy, missed you and, well no reason to be concerned you were likely ok"He turns to head to the mountain leading the way.

Reva says, "He's a badger...who is gonna try and harm a badger or rob them or something...well maybe a moron would...hey wait up, your walking away!!""

Xander will make sure the hare doesn't get to far behind as he smiles and follows Zolomon.

Zolomon walks on inside the mountain after making sure the others get inside, he will ask the Badger Lord on time off, but maybe in the morning.
