Well Least We Know Where They Are...Now What?-LP LOG

Zolomon- LP Hare Archer/Runner/Private First Class

Seafoam- Seal

Hawkeye- Old otter

Log:

Seafoam is swimming back and forth, she did dive down for a short while and now is back up and going towards land, she stays close to the sea though as she scans the sandy land and frowns.

Zolomon is walking the shoreline, lots on his mind. He slows when he sees the seal and studies her before carefully getting closer"Hallo?"

Seafoam backs away a little but then seems to get excited"Your a longeared landbeast, your like the other ones in the tunnel..in the cavern"

Zolomon blinks "Like the other ones?"He frowns "Most of us hares be in Salamanstron..though I do know a small group of 4...maybe 5..are missing"

Seafoam nods "Yesyes..seen 5 longears...4 in landbeast clothing like yours...one was notaa in it"

Hawkeye says, "Is that...a seal? Not seen a seal for season."He listens quietly"Someone be missing?""

Zolomon nods "Yes..Private Rudolfo, Private Ewan...Recruits Ping and Pong and a hare lass may well be thar as well old chap...a..Reva think that's de name the dibbun hare, Posy..called her and mentioned cliffs..sooo"

Seafoam says, "Longears notta missing be...they in the sea cave....under de water is tunnels..a lot of tunnels and they go to cavern where longears are""

Hawkeye frowns"Under water caves are not safe..neither are tunnels, ya get lost and...well lets just say one can only hold thar breath for so long, even an otter...how did they get thar anyways?"

Zolomon frowns "Think the cliffs have like...tunnels and some maybe go to some sort of underwater somehow..I no clue, Posy said her sister Reva likes ta explore the cliffs, but she didn't mentioned under water caverns...then didn't ask"He frowns "How got there I don't know. I over heard a couple scouts looked in the cliffs and did have a like cave in of some old unsteady rocks and thar were dead ends."

Hawkeye says, "They could of been in the cave when a tunnel collapsed and tried to find a way out and well...found that cavern, there is underwater tunnels but there is more than one...as there is some openings in the rocks...isn't just those cliffs nearby, thar other rocks ya may see when tide is out, so they likely have at least some air..not the best though its more time wise to get them out...my guess they have no food or water rations and salt water is bad..least to drink and some may not like it mental wise and...can they swim?""

Seafoam says, "Swimmingbeast be good for this yesyes...notta get out without some swimming...long tunnel to small dry area and then few feet and then up a little and your outta the water...well on surface of water still need get land that's few feet away.""

Zolomon frowns "Ewan is one of them...he doesn't know how ta swim, no clue how well the others swim"

Hawkeye frowns, "Wots ya name lass?" He looks at the seal.

Seafoam says, "I Seafoam... learns landbeast talkway by listening a lot...then can nowspeak to them""

Zolomon looks around as he speaks "So we know where they are...not just to bally well get them out safely"

Hawkeye asks, "Can you show me the correct tunnel?"

Seafoam nods and smiles as she swims out and dives, waiting under the surface for the otter.

Zolomon frowns "Is it wise to follow her Hawkeye?"

Hawkeye lays his staff down and grins, he dives under the water. Under the water he feels free and can move, one don't need a staff in the water as he grins and does a couple loops under water before following the seal.

Seafoam shows the otter where the hares are, thought it will likely feel like forever to the lone hare on the shore, but hey some things take time ok.

Hawkeye resurfaces after...like a couple hours.

Zolomon has been on guard...and almost fell asleep till.."Hawkeye!" He rushes over "Oh my goddness...I thought you may of died and that been like real real bad news"

Hawkeye says, "I am fine...I see the others, but it's gonna be tricky and take a lot of luck but its...possible we can help them get to safely, though its not 100%...it could still end badly""

Zolomon frowns, worry clearly on his face as he looks towards the waters and nods "I'm..gonna go inform Major Varus....and you should come as well." He heads back to the mountain as quick as he can to make his report, the otter he makes sure follows him as well.
