After all the invasion of Halyard the seer of the Sea-Rats wants to get away from the sea
Too many of the horde will have heard about the "Seer Sea-Rat" and all those annoying captains will be hunting to "Welcome Orel to their crew"

Not sure the GUOSIM have a DAB there aren't many of them.
Not sure they'd also risk taking all those children on a bunch of river boats unless Krisha was along as well?
But if Krisha wants to get them all out of the abbey on a safe little summer trip then they could come along?

Hey all,
So the Summer River trip for the GUOSIM
I was thinking of starting it this Saturday the 19th from the GUOSIM camp and then we noodle around the river for the next month or so switching it up to a new location every few days and return in time for Redwall Summer feast on the 16th August.
Also you don't need to be a shrew to come along on the trip! anyone is welcome
How does that sound?

I thought the hares who escaped out to sea are still out to sea with the villagers in their fishing boats?
So those hares probably didn't make it back inside and would have stayed to protect the villagers surely?

I thought the plan was for the Mayor, his seer and all the villagers and hares who escaped with them would be returning from the sea to catch the horde unawares from the sea-shore during the final fight?
I don't think it makes much sense for them to risk returning to the village until it is safe.

Just a thing to keep in mind for the future
May & August are the utmost busiest times of the year for me, more so then usual.
But I raised £8k for charity with Virtual ConFuzzled so it was worth being so busy.

Hmm I am not a great fan of having the badger lord defeated/knocked out.
I'd more go for Zoltar springs an ambush and is just going to overwhelm Ciocan by making it look like he is going to dual the badger then up pops a bunch of hidden vermin ready to just slaughter Ciocan.
Then the arrow interferes before Zoltar can give the orders to kill after revealing his ambush team and Ciocan retreats back to his lines.

Sorry I have been gone the last couple of weeks
May is one of my busiest times of all with ConFuzzled happening and life and restrictions lifting I can see my family again!
It is my sisters birthday and my niece's birthday this weekend so busy!
But I am on the muck right now and should be on in the evenings going forward.

The Valor is anchored in Halyard I believe, that is where Ciocan left it.
I'd say if it looked like it would be impossible to defend the town the LP would load as many citizens onto the valor and other fishing boats as they could and sail for it. The Mayor is a sea otter and has a fishing boat as well as do a few others.
So escaping by sea seems like the sensible option rather then get trapped in a fort they can't hope to hold
