Krisha went into the the classroom and sat down, she looked to Sister Ginny”Can you please gather the others, I need to have an important talk with you and the the dibbuns as well.”

Sister Ginny noded and got the reading and writing class and got some dibbuns from a math class, whom seemed thrilled at leaving early.

The abbey bells were ringing, they had been off and an for an hour as Mother Krisha sat quietly for a good five minutes in front of them.

“Are we playing quiet game?”

“Not anymores ya talked..so we lost you a meanie”

“Izzz not”

“Izzzzz too”

“Izzz not”

Mother Krisha cleared her voice and looked at them, a frown as she thought back on a talk a  maybe 3-4 weeks go.

Krisha chuckles and bends down to pick one up and spin around as she smiles, she glaces over at Oz "I was..gonna ask you something but it can wait" She is glad the dibbuns have grown closer to her the past few weeks, then she has started to do more with them.

Oz asks, "You can ask me anything Krisha, what was it you needed?" He ruffles the head fur of one of the dibbuns and they hug him as does a couple others

Krisha nods "I..I know but not so much around....it can wait Oz"

Oz tilts his head curious as he calls over Brother Rick and Sister Ginny and speaks with them and then takes Krisha aside, "Things that are important, shouldn't wait, wot is it...I may have an idea though"

Krisha lets him lead her to another area of the open ground and sighs, "It's...ok..wo..wot do I tell them?"

Oz says, "Tell...who wot? Has something happen I do not know of, I know Benar is waiting on his trip, its more of a Summer one in a couple weeks time."

Krisha says, "I..I know and I am gonna stay here you planed that camp out thing....but"She waits and then "When your..no longer around cause of..you know...what do I tell the dibbuns when they ask for you and wot if it happens and maybe Benar is not here?""

Oz is quiet as he listens and then sits down on the steps "Krisha...first, calm down...and try not to concern yourself, if Benar is not here someone simply gets news to him and he would come back if needed trust me, as for the dibbuns..."He has thought on it, he has dealed with sad dibbuns with other issues too, " The truth"He says finally.

Krisha looks at the ground "Truth, but..some...how would they understand..I mean...you been around so so long and I know they wouldn't be alone and stuff, they would have..me but they would still look for you"

Oz says, "You do not hide things, you tell them....they know I don't always have energy and I know they have noticed you doing a lot more lately than you have before and yes even after its mentioned , they may still ask. I also don't want you to be afraid to grieve in front of them, they need to know its ok to grieve and be upset..angry maybe..death causes a lot of feelings to those left behind and feelings can be confusing at any age really, maybe there is guild, anger, sadness...perhaps surprise,and its ok to not know an answer...I have yet to meet a beast that had unlimited knowledge and knew it ALL""

Mother Krisha cleared her throat “You all know Papa Oz has been not feeling too well, correct?”

She gets a bunch of nods, some yes and couple dibbuns climb into her lap.

Sister Ginny quietly listens, she has yet to hear any news though most of the abbey does now.

Mother Krisha closed her eyes, letting a couple tears fall and opens them up again. “Papa  Oz has has gone to the dark forest little ones,it means he won't be back. He..he died a couple hours ago. He won't be..with us anymore. But he left me in charge, to take care of you all..all of you. Your my dibbuns now and I am Mother Krisha.”

A couple have called her this already, a couple older dibbuns start crying, a couple younger ones are a little confused.

“Cans I visit him?”

“No”Mother Krisha says softly. “It's not possible to visit beasts in the dark forest, but he is watching over us from the dark forest.”

The badger looks to Sister Ginny and gives her a hug as the Order Sister starts crying agasist the badger.

A few other dibbuns cry and one climbs into Krisha's lap and hugs her close”Waanna Papa Oz comes back”

Mother Krisha frowns “Yeah, me too little one but he...he can't.”

She seems to think long and hard and stands”Come..my dibbuns follow me?”

They quietly follow her, of course she ask the healer on duty first, and after a shirt talk gets an..”Ok but not, not very long”

Oz has been cleaned up, fur combed and some clean robes on, he looks to just be sleeping if one didn't know.

Mother Krisha frowns, but a sad smile, she looks to the dibbuns “Say goodbye...my little ones” She will stay close to them and watch them.

The dibbuns one by one lays a paw on Oz, a few hug him, one kisses his nose and they all go back over to Mother Krisha.

And Then there was....Krisha's own daughter, Northstar named after Oz's own mate. She frowns as tears come down her face, she studies the badger and messes up his headfur and sniffs, a tear hits his nose as she rushes back and hugs Krisha tightly “They combed his headfur, he never liked his headfur all combed. But I fix it”

Mother Krisha has to let a chuckle escape, “Your right, he always had his headfur all messy..didn't he”She kisses her daughters forehead “Good of you to fix that huh,I bet he is smiling from the dark forest now.

Northstar smiles and nods, its the dinner bell as she points “Its dinner..I is hungey, we go eats..eat now?”

Mother Krisha nods and leads the dibbuns downstairs and into Cavern Hole for dinner, she makes sure they behave, and they do. They even go to bed a little early. She tucks them in and slips out quietly.

Mother Krisha, goes to the pond and sits, she allows herself to finally cry and let the tears flood down her checks, she is there maybe an hour before she heads inside, checks on the dibbuns, and then goes to bed.
